Pink Pirouette

I have done some more playing with the Flower Fancy stamp set and like matching it with a quote from Occassional Quotes.  This one in done on Very Vanilla cardstock and uses Pink Pirouette, Certainly Celery, Daffodil Delight and Pretty in Pink.  I used blender pens on both the cardstock base and on the cut out flowers which were already stamped on the Pink Pirouette card stock.

VC Rocks Blog Hop

Once again, I am excited to be a part of another VC Rocks blog hop!  You may have arrived from Kim Frank Abbot's  site, if you lose your place along the way you can always return to the Top of the Hop .

Coaster Frame and Accessories

You will need:
2 - 4 inch square chipboard coasters
2 - 1 inch binder rings
In a Word and Friends Never Fade stamp sets
Chocolate Chip classic ink
Pear Pizazz, Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie markers
Greenhouse Gala Designer Series paper
Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip, Daffodil Delight and Whisper White card stock
spiral punch
cropodile
photo corners punch
boho blossoms punch
silver brad
dimensional
snail adhesive
scissors
photo

First, cut two pieces of Designer Series paper 4 inches x 4 inches and adhere to chipboard with snail adhesive.  Round corners with a scissors.

Then, line up the chipboard pieces and using the cropodile, make two holes 3/4 inch from the top and bottom and 1/4 inch from the outside for the binder rings.

Cut a piece of Whisper White card stock 2 1/4 x 2, a piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock 2 1/2 x 2 1/4, and a piece of Chocolate Chip 3 x 3.  Using the spiral punch, punch one side of the Chocolate chip card stock.

Stamp the "marvelous" on the Whisper White using Chocolate Chip classic ink.  Then, take your markers and add ink to the flower and stamp over the "marvelous" on the same piece.  Attach to the Pumpkin Pie and then to the Chocolate Chip card stock.  Adhere to one of the chipboard pieces at an angle.

Punch flowers using the Boho Blossoms punch in Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight and layer.  Add a silver brad to the middle, place dimensional on the back and add to the chipboard.

Cut a photo 3 1/4 x 3 1/2 and add to the other piece of chipboard.  Punch photo corners out of a piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock and add to photo.

Put the binder rings in the holds to put the two coaster pieces together to complete your project.

And you can make a matching card if you want to use it as a little gift.

and another matching gift item...  This is made with roof flashing and the two items on the left side are magnets, it is hard to tell, but I punched a circle of the same Designer Series paper and adhered it to the glass with crystal effects before I added the magnet to the back of it..
Next stop on the hop is Brenda Hugar, thanks for stopping and enjoy the rest of the Hop!

I have to say I really like this after I have finally seen one in person!  My mom was kind enough to do the sewing for me as I am not an expert in that department :)  Angie Juda's site is where we found the instructions for the purse.

It is made using fabric cut out using the Big Shot and the Scallop Square Die.
