Altered legal pads

My friend, Tracy, taught a class on these awesome little altered notebooks at the retreat a week or so ago and I had to go home and make some more.  They are super quick and easy and so cute!

This is the inside which has a pocket on the left and the pad and pen holder on the right.

Mini bag album

I had a tutorial from the Create with Connie and Mary Holiday edition that I wanted to try when I went to my stamping retreat and coordinated it with the "inspiration box".  If anyone wants to add things they have purchased and haven't used to the inspiration box, others can take items out and use them and then show everyone what they created.  What I chose was a little tag stack and I only used a few of them so I put it back when I was done.  With the exception of the tags, the rest of the items used to create the project are from Stampin' Up!
The inside cover - I cut some butterflies out with the big shot and stamped them with the flower from the Because I care stamp set.  I also used that stamp on the bags and then sponged Early Espresso on them.

This shows one of the pull outs that were in each bag, one side is empty where a picture would go and the other side has a tag for journalling.

This is the last page.

Pink Christmas

I used the sketch from Just Add Ink and the color challenge from Diva Coffee Break designs for this one along with the Late Night Stampers challenge for next week of non traditional Christmas colors!
You can't see the Rich Razzleberry layer too well on this picture, but it is behind the stamped image and I put that on before I ran it through the Big Shot and the Vintage Wallpaper impressions folder.  The other colors are Pretty in Pink and Early Espresso.

Blue thank you

I ran out of time for Mary Jo's sketch last week, but mananged to sneak it in at the last minute this time!

A little gift

I made this little magnet gift as one of our Stamp Camp door prizes.  The idea comes from Carla Brasher and of course I used my favorite Autumn Spice paper again!

The tag is from a set retired awhile ago.  This is a quick and easy little project, the thing that takes the longest is setting the crystal effects in the little bottle caps!

One last photo card

I decided to make an accordian card so I could add more pictures this time.  It is still undecided who will receive this one :)

I had a base of Crumb Cake that I attached the accordian part to and then added a piece of Always Artichoke to the other side that opens with a greeting and when closed is the front of the card.
I used the Peaceful Season stamp set and Deck the halls designer series paper.

another Christmas picture card

I have been playing around with picture cards some more for our Late Night Stampers Challenge.  This one will be for one of Maddie's special teachers but I also wanted to add a picture of the boys so I put that inside.

I used Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla,
and the Jolly Holiday designer series paper along with a retired Christmas stamp set called To You and Yours.

More mini notebooks

I always seem to come back to these when I need little items for gifts or vendor events, they are so fun to make and everyone needs note pads, right?

These were made with the top note and scallop circle dies, but I have also used the scallop square in the past.  The top note fits the best when you want to use the least amount of paper because you can fit 4 of them on one sheet of copy paper for the inside pages.

My little Rooster

Last week was Missoula Children's Theatre week at our school and only one of my boys decided to be in it.  Hunter was a Rooster and had a blast, he practiced his part all the time and his brother and sister went around the house repeating it all day long too :)

I used a sketch on Soul Scrappers for this page, and it is done in My Digital Studio.

Tin gift card holder

I saw a few samples of these tins made into gift card holders and wanted to try it out.  I can't remember who created the sample I looked at on Stampin' Connection, but if it was you, please let me know and I will give you credit :)

Most of the items used to make these were found in the Clearance Rack!  Aren't these little snowflakes awesome and they match our current colors as well.

I added a tag from the Two Tags die as a note and the gift card would slide in the pocket on the right side.
I also used the Northern Flurry Impressions folder and the Season of Joy Stamp set.  The colors are Baja Breeze and Riding Hood Red.

Poinsettia

This card is a CASE of one done by Lynn Pratt , I changed a few things, but the basics are the same.  The poinsettia is made with leaves stamped from the French Foliage stamp set and cut out.
