TSSC205

Another fun sketch from Mary Jo this week and I am glad I have a few minutes to work on it!

I chose to use Pretty in Pink, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz for my card stock and inks on this card.

The stamp set is Field Flowers and I added some Blushing Bride pleated ribbon and a large pearl.  Elegant Bouquet, Perfect Polka Dots and Designer Frames embossing folders, the extra large oval punch, oval punch and boho blossoms punch were all used as well.

For the designer papers, I used Attic Boutique and Beau Chateau.

Composition book

I have purchased so many of these cute little composition books when they have been on clearance, I decided it was about time to start using them!  This one is covered with the Twitterpated designer series paper that is in the Occasions mini catalog.

I used the Bordering on Romance stamp set, Labels collection framelits, pear pizzazz pleated ribbon and a button from the clearance rack to finish off this little book.

Valentine Pouch

LeAnn Greff had an adorable Valentine Pouch on her blog and also gave directions to make it so today's project is a CASE of hers with some little changes.

I used the Beau Chateau deisgner series paper and sponged all the pieces with Soft Suede classic ink.  My sentiment is from Valentine Defined.

These are really quick and easy to make with the Petal Cone die and the Hearts collection framelits.  This pleated ribbon is fast becoming one of my favorites as well.

This is a view of the back, you could certainly decorate that as well.

I have also used the Perfect Polka Dots impressions folder, 1 1/4" striped grosgrain ribbon, the large oval and scalloped oval punches and the hearts embosslit.

More Stamp A Stack cards

These are the final two cards I used in my Stamp A Stack last week.  The first uses the upcoming Sale-a-bration designer series paper called Everyday Enchantment along with the Love and Sympathy stamp set.  It is a Z fold card and was actually very quick and simple to make.

The last card is one I CASED from Maureen Merritt and altered slightly.  I just love her cards!!

The stamp sets used on this one are Just Believe and Friendly Phrases.

Be Mine

Another sneak peek of a Sale-a-bration stamp set for you today in combination with the Late Night Stampers shape challenge (not a rectangle or square).  I have used the Hearts collection framelit dies for this card and like the card I posted on Monday, I had a folder piece of card stock that I set just below the cut line at the top of the die.

The folded piece is layered on the largest framelit cutout.

To decorate, I added another smaller heart cut out of the Brights DSP paper stack and a red glimmer heart punched out with the heart punch.  The "be mine" is also a punch - Heart to Heart.

The stamp set is called Outlined Occasions and will be available during Sale-a-bration which starts on the 24th!

Scallop Circle

Our weekly challenge at Late Night Stampers this week is to make a card without using a square or rectangle.  For my first sample I chose the scallop circle shape.

I used the scallop circle die and the big shot to get my shape, if you fold over a piece of card stock and lay it onto the die so that the fold is slightly below the top edge of the cutting area, it will create a card for you.  There is a layer of dsp on top which is a sneak peek of the Sale-a-bration Everyday Enchantment designer series paper.

The stamp set is another sneak peek for you of an upcoming Sale-a-bration item called Fresh Vintage.

I added a sentiment from Bring on the Cake to the inside.

Supplies:
Bring on the Cake, Fresh Vintage
Very Vanilla, Peach Parfait, Lucky Limeade card stock
Poppy Parade, Lucky Limeade classic ink
Scallop circle die
Everyday Enchantment dsp
basic pearls
vintage trinkets
Victoria Crochet trim ribbon
Vintage wallpaper impressions folder
dimensionals
scallop circle #2 die
3" circle die
2 1/2" circle punch

First Edition Field Flowers

One layer

I have a quick one layer card for you today using clear block stamping.  The stamp set I used is Love and Sympathy and I combined it with Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade, Early Espresso and Wild Wasabi inks and markers.

There is a second sentiment added on the inside of the card as well.

Sometimes I find it difficult to create one layer and clean and simple cards, but I like the way this one turned out.

Thes best of everything

Today's card is a very simple one and follows the theme we have this week at Late Night Stampers of Tooty Fruity.  I have used the strawberry from the Best of Everything stamp set and also one of the sentiments from the same set.

The 1/4" real red grosgrain ribbon is wrapped around and attached with glue dots.

The first layer has been embossed with the Stripes impressions folder and I added a holly berry bouquet designer button with some linen thread as an accent.

The ink and card stock colors used on this card are Whisper White, Real Red, Basic Black and Wild Wasabi.

Attic Boutique

This designer series paper didn't grab my attention as a must have the first few times I looked at it, but after awhile I guess it grew on me.  It is called Attic Boutique and is in the Occasions Mini catalog that was just released this week.

The card and cute box are part of a project created by Kirsten Brown for our UStamp with Dawn and Friends Score!! Event and for my version I changed the designer paper, colors and stamp set.

Come on over and see what other fun projects we have for you!  www.ustampwithdawnandfriends.com

January Stamp Club

My Stamp Club ladies met this week and these are the projects for the month.  I wanted to use the new maze games because they are pretty fun - my kids keep wanting the cards!!

For this card, I used one of the new labels framelits, these are going to be so much fun to play with!

Our layout used the Twitterpated Designer Series Paper, Labels Framelits and
Bordering on Romance stamp set.

I also added some 3/8" pleated satin ribbon and some Candy Cane Lane designer buttons that were on the Clearance Rack.

The Open Sea

I am really pushing the limits of the Planes, Trains and Automobiles theme at Late Night Stampers with this one, but I figured it was transportation at least :)

I used the Stripes impressions folder for the layer on top of the base, both the base and
this layer are Bashful Blue.  The Soft Suede circle (3" die) was also embossed with the Stripes impressions folder.

For the image of the ship, I took Whisper White card stock and stamped the grass image from Inspired By Nature on it; then I brayered Bashful Blue and Marina Mist,  stamped my ship image and
punched it out.

The sentiment from Upsy Daisy is stamped on some leftover Whisper White that was brayered and I added a little Early Espresso satin ribbon.

Friend

In the past, I had stamped these images on a 8 1/2" x 11" piece of Whisper White card stock and had these scraps left over.  The images are from With All My Heart and I used Island Indigo, Pear Pizazz and Concord Crush classic ink.

The circles are the 1 3/4" and 2 1/2" circle punches and the sentiment is on the large oval and scalloped oval punches.  I added a designer printed brad to complete the card.

You're on my mind

On this card, I tried out the Adorning Accents Edgelit die and made it stick over the edge of the card at little bit.  The designer paper is Nursery Nest and I also used Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo and Confetti White card stock along with Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo, Basic Black and Old Olive inks and markers.

I used the stamp sets Inspired By Nature and Upsy Daisy and there is a button from last year's Sale-a-bration and a couple brights glimmer brads
to finish off the card.

Circle Birthday

Our theme this week at Late Night Stampers is Planes, Trains and  Automobiles.  I am going to take that theme fairly loosely with my samples, because my stamp sets are limited in that area!

I used the retired Motorcycle stamp set, Nursery Nest designer series paper, 3/4", 1", 1 3/4", 1 3/4" circle punches, silver glimmer paper and a designer brad  The sentiment is from Grunge Rock and I used Basic Gray and Pacific Point classic ink.
