I love the possibilities that the Build A Banner Simply Created Kit offers. I combined it with the Halloween Banner Simply Created Accessory Kit for this project (but only used 1/2 the accessory kit).
In addition, I added some Orange Stampin' Glitter and Witches' Brew washi tape.
The Build a Banner Simply Created Kit is also great because you can purchase a refill of the pennants if you run out! Oh the possibilities!
