March Paper Pumpkin

I know I have been absent from here for awhile and that probably won't be changing too soon.  Things have been a little crazy and I have not been able to find time to create much lately.  Here is the video for this month's Paper Pumpkin kit, it looks like lots of fun!

March Stamp Club Projects

For our stamp club projects this month, we used several different designer series paper collections along with some different stamp sets.

For the first card, I chose the Under my Umbrella bundle and paired it with the Best Dressed designer series paper...

And finally on the layout, we used some Golden Honey Specialty designer series paper from Sale-a-bration. and a few of the leftover pieces from the February Paper Pumpkin kit for accents.

February Paper Pumpkin Alternative Layout

For the layout using February's Paper Pumpkin kit, I chose to use a piece of Golden Honey Specialty Paper (SAB 2020) for the base.  There is a piece of Rococo Rose used as a photo mat and the rest of the pieces on the layout come from the kit.

The circle piece is one that was punched out of one of the card pieces and didn't have a use on the cards so I thought it would be a good accent to use on the layout.

February Paper Pumpkin and Alternative Cards

The first set of cards show what you can make with the February Paper Pumpkin kit...

This set is a few alternative ideas using very few extra pieces...

For this card, I chose to use the base that came with the kit because it was a little different and I liked the fold and enclosure. I added a couple of pieces of card stock - a Basic Gray piece embossed with the Tin Tile folder and a Balmy Blue piece die cut with the Stitched Rectangles framelits.

For this one, I chose to stamp the large flower on the card base and color it in with markers before adding the die cut piece from the kit.
