With very little time to create these days when we are in full spring farming mode, I am still sharing some cards made using retired products since I have quite a few that you have not seen yet. Hopefully soon I will get some down time, but I am not holding my breath just yet.

I used some Enjoy the Journey designer series paper in the background along with a Starburst punch circle, then added a few pieces of Coastal Cabana card stock and my sentiment layer along with some retired embellishments.

The hello comes from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set and is stamped with Polished Pink ink.

You is Smart

One of the stamp sets that was in the January - April mini catalog was called Occasionally Funny. It is no longer available, but I made a few graduation cards using it that I thought I would share.

In the background, I randomly stamped the "Hooray" stamp and then added strips of 2022-2024 In Color designer series paper over the top. The card stock that masks the sentiment and the ink color are Tahitian Tide.

Yesterday I shared the Countryside Inn Suite with you and today I have a card to show you that uses all of the products in the Suite along with a couple of new colors.

The card base is a new color called Bubble Bath and the ink and layer behind the sentiment are the new color called Moody Mauve.

I used the Countryside Blossoms embossing folder on Night of Navy card stock in the background along with some Countryside Inn designer series paper.

Two of the die cuts are made with the Countryside Corners dies and the third from a retired die set. There are a few Adhesive Backed Solid Gems used as accents.

Basic Hello

On this card, I used the same pattern of designer series paper in different directions and on different layers. The designer series paper is now retired, but you could duplicate this type of card with any pattern.

I also added a punch made with the Lasting Label punch and embossed with the Basics 3d folder along with some Vellum basics specialty paper behind the sentiment.

The sentiment comes from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set the die cut is made with the retired Stitched Nested Labels.

Count Your Blessings

This time of year (shipping seed potatoes and planting), I don't find a lot of extra time to create projects as often as I like.  That means I will likely not share too many projects using the new catalog items for awhile, but I will do my best. There may be days I completely miss too, but if that is the case, I will be back when things settle down a bit!

The focal point of this card was actually just printed on the card stock - I had used this piece for another project in a class I taught and had a few of them leftover. 

The background is a piece of Dry Brushed Metallic paper with two layers of die cuts made with the Scalloped Contours dies on top. The flowers were stamped and die cut using the Nature's Harvest Bundle and colored in with Stampin' Write markers.

Filled with Love

One of the new designer series paper collections that is available beginning today is called Countryside Inn and I love the different shades of blue throughout the patterns. I have used one of those patterns on the card below and followed through with the coordinating card stock colors.

The stamp set I used is called Wonderful Thoughts and it has lots of great sentiments, there are also coordinating dies.

Before the new catalog officially becomes live tomorrow, I thought I would share a card made with some retiring items. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of this post, you will see a few sneak peek pictures of what is to come...

I used the Awash in Beauty designer series paper for the background of the card and the background of the flower as well. The Sunflowers die set was used to create the flowers and leaves and I added some In Color 2021-2023 Opal Rounds and Iridescent Pearls Basic Jewels on the center of the flowers.
