Festive Words

This card pairs several different papers together to create a Christmas card. I always find it fun to see what combinations looks good together and, on this card, I used patterns from the Iconic Celebration collection and the Country Woods collection. There is also a piece of retired Brushed Gold specialty paper added to the mix.

The stamp set is called Festive Words and has some fun images which you can see below. I also added a piece of Basic White card stock to the inside of the card to make it easier for writing.

Brighten Your Day

I just love the deep images that are embossed with the Changing Leaves embossing folder and the bonus is that you can also die cut those embossed images if you so choose. While I did not do that on this card, I have played around with it a bit.

The sentiment is from the Changing Leaves stamp set and is on a die cut made with the Peaceful Season dies. The designer series paper comes from the Iconic Celebrations collection.

Little Things

I thought that this Full of Life designer series paper pattern would pair well with the Enjoying Little Things stamp set, so I put together a simple card using those two elements.

I stamped the birthday sentiment on a die cut made with the Spotlight on Nature dies and used Pretty Peacock ink.

Bright and Beautiful

I used some neutral colors and patterns on this card and decided to add a pop of color with another pattern of designer series paper and some ribbon. 

The designer series paper patterns are from the Nests of Winter collection which coordinates with the Winterly Tree Tops bundle. 

The sentiment is from the Peaceful Season stamp set and stamped on layers created with the Perennial Postage dies. The ribbon is called Cherry Cobbler and Gold 1/4" Satin ribbon and is wrapped around the top layer of designer series paper and card stock.
