Illuminated Christmas

Every year I try to select just a few of the holiday stamp sets that I know I will use for lots of different projects, sometimes that works and other times I end up purchasing more than I really need...This is one of the first sets I decided on this year, Illuminated Christmas.  It pairs well with the Stampin' Blends but I really chose it for the sayings.

For this card, I also used some Festive Farmhouse designer series paper patterns and the wise men element was cut with the Big Shot and Spot of Tea framelits.

Supplies:
Illuminated Christmas
Memento Black ink
Stampin' Blends
Festive Farmhouse dsp
Cherry Cobbler, Smoky Slate, Whisper White card stock
Spot of Tea framelits

September Paper Pumpkin Alternative

Another alternative idea for the September Paper Pumpkin kit - this time a baker's box decorated using two of the treat bags cut up along with many other elements from the kit.

I attached the pieces of the treat bags to the corners with some washi tape that I had on my table and then decorated three of the sides with sayings and elements.

The sentiment layer on the top is a leftover piece from the stamp club cards I shared earlier this week - a punched out starburst (Gorgeous Grape), a circle punched from Granny Apple Green and the sentiment layer punched from Whisper White.  I used the Takeout Treats stamp set for the sentiment.

It is ready for candy or other goodies for your favorite trick or treater!

September Paper Pumpkin Alternative Cards

As I mentioned before, my daughter decided to use the September Paper Pumpkin kit for her class treats for Halloween.  She did have some leftover pieces so today and tomorrow I will share a few alternative ideas with you.

For these cards, I cut down the treat bags and wrapped them around some card stock before decorating with the other elements in the kit.

The full picture of the card above did not want to upload so you can just get an idea on the closeup.  I added a piece of Black foil sheets embossed with the Tin Tile folder and a piece of Gray Granite card stock, otherwise the elements are all from the kit.

October Stamp Club Projects

I have been able to get a few projects created in the last couple days so I am going to slowly get back to posting regularly for you!  Today I will share the October Stamp Club Projects with you, we did not meet but each of the members still receives all the projects.

The first card use the Winter Woods stamp set and Joyous Noel specialty paper...

In October I usually have one Halloween card or project for my stamp club members so our second card fits in that category using the Takeout Treats stamp set and Toil and Trouble designer series paper.

For the layout, I chose to use the Country Lane designer series paper along with coordinating card stock colors.  I added a doily and galvanized button as accents as well.

September Stamp Club Projects

Well it is happening again just like every other harvest season, I think I make enough projects to share with you during I am too busy to create more and I start to run out.  We are currently in the end stages of potato harvest and will be going straight back to the combines for soybeans when we finish.  There will be a few days without posts coming up, but hopefully not too many!  I will try to at least send you a couple each week.

These are the September stamp club projects, we were able to get together before the potato harvest began fortunately!

The first card uses two dynamic impressions folders - Tufted and Tin Tile along with the Dandelion Wishes stamp set.

The next card showcases the Wishing You Well stamp set and Neutrals designer series paper...

Finally, the layout uses the Festive Farmhouse designer series paper and a die cut from the Stitched Seasons collection.

We always have room for more both in the monthly and Virtual (every other month) stamp clubs - if you wish you join us or just try it out contact me here.
