One of the newest Photopolymer stamp sets is called Snuggles and Smooches. I have used it on this card and to be honest, I wanted it for the stamps you see in the background more than the sentiment images.
On this card, I used some circle punches and layered them off center and placed some thick baker's twine behind them.

Strawberry Slush and Baked Brown Sugar ink and thick baker's twine
Soft Suede and Very Vanilla card stock
