This card has lots and lots of layers showcasing the Bright and Beautiful designer series paper and the coordinating Beautiful Balloons bundle. 

The ink colors I used are Misty Moonlight and Lost Lagoon, while the card stock colors are Lost Lagoon, Lemon Lolly, Lemon Lime Twist, Azure Afternoon and Basic White. I used the Best Family Ever stamp set for the sentiment and also added some Tinsel Gems for accents.
