Today's card has a fall theme, although not necessarily a Thanksgiving theme...

I used the Country Birdhouse and Autumn to Remember stamp sets along with several patterns from the Sweet Days of Autumn designer series paper. 

The designer series paper also comes with coordinating stickers or you can buy the scrapbook workshop kit in this theme as well.
