I recently used this card in a class; the designer series paper is one of my favorites right now although it is currently not available to order. It is called Lovely and Beautiful specialty paper.

I used the Saying Hey and Swirled Designs stamp sets along with the Sign Design punch to finish the card. The mat layer and punched layer are both Soft Sea Foam, coordinating with the designer series paper colors.

February Stamp Club Projects

This month's stamp club projects are ready to share with you. I have used a couple recently retired items on these projects, but as always, you can substitute with what you have!

The first card is made with the Saying Hey and Blooming Phrases stamp sets, Boho Vibes designer series paper, Sign Design punch, a retired embossing folder and some Iridescent Pearls Basic Jewels.

Next, we have a card made with the Forever Plaid 3D embossing folder, Addressed to You stamp set, and the Greenery Lane bundle.

Finally, the layout uses the Nature's Sympathy stamp set along with retired Floral and Gingham Vellum Specialty paper and Floral Delight designer series paper.

I always have fun designing these projects for class, hope you enjoy them as well! 

I Miss

We are in the time between the end of wheat harvest and the beginning of potato harvest right now, trying to catch up and prepare. I am hoping to share a few projects with you during this time, and I know there will be another lull coming up once we start the potatoes...

There are quite a few elements that went into putting this card together and I used some colors I do not use too often. The colors are chosen from the ones in the pattern of Boho Vibes designer series paper that I picked - Cloud Cover, Darling Duckling, Petal Pink and Cajun Craze.

The die cuts are made with the Perennial Postage dies and the Nested Essentials dies, and I used the To the Point Punch behind the sentiment die cut. 

The sentiment is from the retired Saying Hey stamp set.

I Miss Your Face

I am very glad that the Country Lace designer series paper has still been a current product (it is now on the discontinued list) - I just love the shades and patterns, and they work for so many different projects.

In the background I embossed a piece of Boho Blue card stock with the Forever Plaid 3d Embossing folder, next came the matted layers of designer series paper and finally the die cut with sentiment on it.

The die cut is made with the Nested Essentials dies and the stamp set is Saying Hey.

I used two of the patterns from the Country Lace designer series paper in the background and colored the image in with Stampin' Blends, then die cut it.
