Bloom Boutique

Things have not quite settled down enough for me to keep up yet, but I wanted to at least get one card out to you this week!

I am a little late in sharing a Mother's Day card, but you could change the sentiment out for just about anything.

I chose to use the Heirloom Boutique stamp set for the flowers, used Stampin' Blends to color them in and then used my paper snips to cut them out.

The embossing folder I used is called Floral Spray and I added some 2026 - 2028 In Color Dots for accents.

I think what drew me to the stamp set called Delicate Whispers is the image of wheat (probably the farmer in me) and I thought it would work well on masculine cards. 

I have used the retired embossing folder Distressed Tile 3D folder along with some Brushed with Beauty designer series paper in the background. 

The sentiment is from the same stamp set, Delicate Whispers, and it is stamped on a die cut made with the Perennial Postage dies.

I am hoping to keep posting at least three times a week through our busy spring shipping season and planting, but we will have to see if I can find enough time to do that. Our seed potato shipping has begun so I will do my best...

The stamp set on these cards is going to be available in the new catalog in May, it is called Scalloped Blossoms. 

The embossing folder I used is retired and one of the three that were in the Basics 3d embossing folder collection. The designer series papers are from the Lovely and Beautiful and Wildly Flowering (retired) collections.
