Patterns and Texture Birthday

The color combinations in the Soda Pop designer series paper are so much fun - it is no longer available, but I still have some to play around with...

The Granny Apple Green card stock in the background is embossed with the Tin Tile folder, which is also retired, it is one of my favorites!

The sentiment is from the Attention Shoppers stamp set and is stamped with Night of Navy ink.

I was playing around with the Sweet Peas stamp set to make both baby boy and baby girl cards and used the Timeless Plaid designer series paper for the boy card and the Unbounded Beauty designer series paper for the girl card along with coordinating 

colors of card stock.

I used die cuts from the Perennial Postage dies and Around it All dies along with some retired embellishments to complete the cards.

Celebrate

One of my favorite bundles is the Cake Celebrations bundle and right now it is on the Last Chance List. I paired it with the Memorable Blooms dies and Eyelet Lace 3D embossing folder for this card.

I tore the embossed piece into three pieces and added a piece of Unbounded Beauty designer series paper behind it. There is also a piece of Gold Foil sheets over the designer series paper and embossed card stock and a strip of Glimmer paper on the cake. The sentiment layer is die cut using the Deckled Rectangles dies.

Well, I hope to be able to be consistently back to posting now that the crops are all in and the seed potatoes have all been shipped out. We still have quite a few projects to get completed but hopefully I can get back into my stamp room regularly soon!

I used a different color combination on this card - Gorgeous Grape, Soft Sea Foam and Lost Lagoon - and also added a piece of Soda Pop designer series paper.

The stamp sets used a are Fancy Borders and Loveliest Tree, Stampin' Blends were used to color in the image. I used a retired embossing folder on the Gorgeous Grape layer - it is one of the Basics 3D folders.

Graduation

This is another graduation card that I put together this spring using the Birthday Celebration dies and Cap and Gown stamp set.

The pocket is cut out of Everyday Happiness designer series paper and there is also another pattern of the same paper in the background. The numbers are die cut from Basic Black card stock and I rolled Glue Dots up behind them to attach the numbers and also give them a little lift.

We are still busy shipping seed potatoes and trying to plant the next crop but received some much-needed rain and have a little break. I wanted to share a couple graduation card ideas this week when I have a little time.

This one uses the Beautiful Butterflies bundle and the Unbounded Love stamp set, pairing it with the retired Full of Life 

designer series paper.

There is a retired embossing folder used with some Petunia Pop card stock in the background and the die cut for the sentiment is made with the Framed Scenes dies.

I cut a butterfly out of the Full of Life designer series paper and the detailed die cut from Basic Black card stock. There are also a few Iridescent Adhesive Backed Dots added as accents.
