It's Your Day

Beginning tomorrow, you will be able to order some online exclusive products from Stampin' Up! I have used a few of the products on this card including some designer series paper, stamp set, dies
and embellishments.

The designer series paper will bring back to retired colors - Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon. I happened to have a piece of Pretty Peacock left and used it for the die cut in the background.

The Loose Frosted Dots can be attached easily with Glue Dots.

The sentiment die cut was made using the Queen Bee dies and the flower and leaves were created with the Irresistible Blooms bundle.

Supplies:
Irresistible Blooms
Flirty Flamingo, Soft Sea Foam, Mossy Meadow, Soft Suede ink
Smoky Slate, Crumb Cake, Basic White, Pretty Peacock card stock

Thanks a Bunch

This is a card I added to my stamp a stack collection for the month using the Sale-a-bration stamp set called Thanks a Bunch.

The carrots and tops are randomly stamped with Pumpkin Pie and Garden Green ink. The carrots on the sentiment layer are stamped off on scrap paper first so they do not overtake the sentiment. The die cut for the sentiment was made with the Something Fancy dies.

Early Espresso, Pumpkin Pie, Garden Green ink
Highland Heather, Very Vanilla card stock
Something Fancy dies

You'll "carrot" a lot about all the things you can do with the Thanks a Bunch Stamp Set. This Two-Step Stampin' set makes it easy to build a vegetable garden scene. With more than half a dozen greetings to choose from, you can create friendship- and spring-themed cards for a variety of occasions. Harvest these playful images and greetings for yourself! Also available in French.

This is a Two-Step Stampin’ set; it allows you to layer two or more images to create one final image with extra texture and dimension in the colors you want.

Bee Birthday

The Queen Bee bundle has a lot of possibilities to mix and match die cuts, stamped images and sentiments. I added some Daffodil Delight card stock embossed with the Hive 3E folder in the background of this card to start things off.

The bee is stamped on a die cut made with the Layering Circles dies and I added Irridescent Pearls to the wings and on the Daffodil Delight layer.

The sentiment was stamped, and hand cut, and the honeycombs were die cut using the Queen Bee dies (I should have used the adhesive sheets on these before I cut them out).

February Stamp Club projects

Lots and lots of dies and designer series paper were used in the creation of our February Stamp Club projects. Most of the products used were either in the Sale-a-bration catalog or the Mini Catalog.

The first card uses the Around the Bend and Sentimental Park dies along with a couple different patterns of the Fancy Flora designer series paper. The sentiment is from the Framed Florets stamp set.

The next card showcases the Share a Milkshake bundle and also uses a die cut made with the Designer Tags dies. The designer series paper in the background is from the Dandy Designs collection (SAB 2023) and there are 2022-2024 In Color Decorative Matte Dots added as sprinkles on the ice cream.

In the layout, we used several patterns of the Favored Flowers designer series paper (SAB 2023) and coordinating card stock and ink colors. The stamp set used in the background is called Two Tone Flora and the die cuts were made using the Something Fancy and Decorative Tags dies.

We always welcome new members or visitors and I also have a Virtual Stamp Club. Contact me for more information.

Irresistible Blooms

Beginning March 1st, Stampin' Up! will be offering some online exclusive products. As demonstrators, we had an opportunity to preorder a few of those items (we have not been able to see all the exclusive items yet) so I spent a little time working with some of them recently.

The Irresistible Blooms bundle contains the die set and stamp set that I used on this card.  There is also coordinating designer series paper and the Loose Frosted dots that coordinate and I have used the dots as accents on this card. The designer series paper patterns bring back two retired colors - Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon. The sentiment die cut was made using the Something Fancy dies.

I recommend using Adhesive sheets when you die cut the piece I have used in the background, it makes it much easier to adhere to the card base.

Supplies:
Irresistible Blooms
Early Espresso, Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, Soft Sea Foam, Petal Pink ink
Pretty Peacock, Soft Sea Foam, Basic White card stock
Irresistible Blooms dies
Something Fancy dies

Life is Sweeter

Happy Valentine's Day! and 25th anniversary to my husband and I, not sure where the years have gone!! The Share a Milkshake bundle is a fun one to use for Valentine's Day cards and I have a couple different designs to share with you today.

Each of them uses pieces of the Dandy Designs designer series paper from Sale-a-bration in the background and I chose my ink colors from the colors in the designs.

One tip - when using the die cuts that have very little card stock left after being cut, it is a good idea to add adhesive sheets to the back of them before you cut. The die cut in the top picture is a good example of that.

The die cuts on each card are created with the Share a Milkshake dies, Beautiful Shapes dies and Something Fancy dies.

Supplies:
Share A Milkshake Bundle
Coastal Cabana, Soft Suede, Fresh Freesia, Real Red,
Bermuda Bay ink
Granny Apple Green, Coastal Cabana, Basic White, So Saffron, Crumb Cake card stock
Dandy Designs Dsp (SAB 2023)
Beautiful Shapes dies
Something Fancy dies
Soft Sea Foam ribbon
2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots
Painted 3D embossing folder
Adhesive Sheets

The Share a Milkshake Bundle includes the Share a Milkshake Stamp Set and the Share a Milkshake Dies.
