Make A Wish

This card has been in the rotation of my last couple of Stamp A Stacks using the Birthday Celebrations stamp set.

We used the coordinating Wildflower Birthday designer series paper as well as a retired embossing folder. The die cut is made with the Stylish Shapes dies and the embellishments are the Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots.
