Inspiring Thanks

Today I have again used the Inspiring Iris stamp set - this time for a thank you card with lots of layers.  The first layer is die cut with the Stitched rectangles framelits from some retired Kraft card stock and a piece of Woven Threads designer series paper is on top of that.

Next, comes a piece of Pretty Peacock 1/2" ribbon trim and some Stitched Labels framelits die cut from Rococo Rose and Crumb Cake card stock.

Inspiring Birthday

Inspiring Iris is definitely one of my favorite stamp sets and I use it often for birthday, sympathy, get well, etc. cards.  For this one, I paired it with Piece of Cake for my sentiment.

The flowers are two step stamped using Purple Posy and Pear Pizzazz for the petals and the leaves and the layers are die cut with the Stitched Rectangles framelits.  The sentiment was stamped out with the Classic label punch and I added some Wood Textures designer series paper for an accent.

Birthday Cake

Birthday cards are appropriate at our house today since my daughter (my baby) turns 14.  She has been with me on this Stampin' Up! journey since day one since I became a demonstrator when she was just three months old.  I am so fortunate she loves to create with me!!

These are just some variations of birthday cards using the Piece of Cake stamp set and cake builder punch.  Each background is a little different - brick and mortar folder embossing, Follow your art designer series paper, Come to gather designer series paper and Woven threads designer series paper.

For the Bride

I have requests for bridal shower cards quite often so I put together a few new ones awhile back using the Wonderful Moments stamp set.  The bride image is stamped with Memento Black ink and colored with Stampin' blends markers.

In the background I embossed some Soft Seafoam card stock with the Country Floral dynamic impressions folder.  The sentiment layers are die cut with the Stitched Nested Labels and I added a couple flower faceted gems to complete the card.

November Paper Pumpkin Layout

As usual, I put together a 12" x 12" layout using the Paper Pumpkin kit...

My base is Real Red and the photo mats are Coastal Cabana.  I included a piece from the October Paper Pumpkin kit, some Fancy Frost specialty paper and a piece of Come to Gather designer series paper that was die cut with the Stitched Rectangles folder as well.

The rest of the pieces come directly from the November kit.
