Fear Not

One final post of Christmas projects before I disappear for the week to spend more time with my family while they are home...I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!

These cards are very simple to put together using strips of designer series paper and the God's Peace stamp set.  I added the designer series paper first to be sure I had room for my image and sentiment and used strips of Night Before Christmas and Noble Peacock paper.

The image is stamped with Crumb Cake and the sentiment with Early Espresso...I also added some Noble Peacock rhinestones for accents.

I was disappointed to see the Brightly Gleaming specialty paper sell out so quickly during the Year End Close Out Sale earlier in the month.  I love the designs, not only for Christmas projects, but I have used the paper for birthday and graduation cards as well as some scrapbook layouts.

The background on this card is embossed with the Brick and Mortar folder before I added some of the specialty paper to the top.  The cup is stamped with Pretty Peacock and Mossy Meadow ink.

Today's card project pairs the Itty Bitty Birthday, All Wired Up and Soft Spring stamp sets to create a feminine birthday card.

In the background, I used the All Wired Up stamp with some Crumb Cake ink and the sentiment is stamped on a die cut from the Stitched Rectangles collection.

December Stamp Club Projects

Stamp Club project time again!  This month we focused on a Christmas theme using three different collections of designer series paper...Toile Tidings, Brightly Gleaming specialty paper and Christmastime is here.

Capture the Good

The Capture the Good stamp set was on sale awhile back during a stamp sale and I finally broke down and bought it... I am excited to use it for both scrapbook pages and cards and have one to show you today...

I colored in the camera with light and dark Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends after stamping the image on Whisper White card stock.  The die cuts are cut with the Stitched Rectangle and Stitched Nested Labels framelits.

Foil Greetings

I was playing around with some foil papers one day and made a few cards using the Fancy Frost specialty designer series paper and Pretty Peacock foil sheets.  The foil sheets are die cut with the Stitched rectangles framelits and the sentiment layer is cut using the Stitched Nested Labels framelits and stamped with a sentiment from the October Paper Pumpkin kit.

I Say Hello

I have a couple variations of the same card to share with you today using the I Say Hello stamp set.  For the first one, I used some Pretty Peacock foil sheets and embossed it with the Hammered Metal folder in the background.  

Each card uses layers cut with the Stitched Shapes framelits and Frosted Frames dies...

The second card has a background embossed with the Decorative dots folder and some Granny Apple Green ribbon.

These cards made with the Beautiful Friendship stamp set only vary because of the sentiments.  I used the same layout, colors and designer series paper on them both, just changing the shape of the sentiment layer and card base color.

The flower is inked with Purple Posy ink and the leaves are Old Olive while the sentiment is stamped with Rococo Rose ink.  The card on the left uses the Stitched Rectangle framelits for the sentiment layer and the one on the right uses the Stitched Labels framelits.
