We have needed lots of sympathy cards again lately, so I have been replenishing my stash. This card uses the Wild Ferns stamp set for the images and the sentiment.
I used the background image with Basic Beige ink and stamped the fern images in Mossy Meadow over the top of that. In order to lighten the Mossy Meadow color, I stamped off on my
grid paper first.
The sentiment is stamped with Pecan Pie ink on a die cut made with the Gone Fishing dies and the ribbon is retired.
Supplies:
Wild Ferns
Mossy Meadow, Basic Beige, Pecan Pie ink
Very Vanilla, Wild Wheat, Misty Moonlight card stock

Make a card for any occasion using the Wild Ferns Stamp Set! These detailed ferns work great as single images that you can shape into a wreath or a potted plant, or you can layer stamps to create backgrounds. The ferns can be highlighted using different colouring techniques. Keep things simple with multiple shades of green or go big and mix and match your colours. Each sentiment inspires optimism and can be used for multiple occasions throughout the year. It’s a perfect stamp set to have on hand.
