Happy Place

Before I put this card together, I wanted to try to tie in the images in the "Happy" stamp with some designer series paper and thought the Everyday Happiness collection would work well. There are some watercolor images in this collection that kind of look like water, sand and sky or maybe I am stretching my imagination pretty far with that thought!

I used a couple different layers of the designer series paper and used Pretty Peacock card stock as my mat for the two layers with sentiments.

Great Things

The Sunrise Sailing stamp set has some great sentiments for next steps in life - retirement, graduation, new job, etc. I have used that set for this card that could be used for many different occasions.

On the side, I used a piece of Woven Textures designer series paper and as a mat, I used some Everyday Happiness designer series paper.

As you can see below in the image of the stamp set, you can add layers and colors to the sailboat image with different stamps and colors as well as adding water, birds, etc. to the background.

Graduation

This is another graduation card that I put together this spring using the Birthday Celebration dies and Cap and Gown stamp set.

The pocket is cut out of Everyday Happiness designer series paper and there is also another pattern of the same paper in the background. The numbers are die cut from Basic Black card stock and I rolled Glue Dots up behind them to attach the numbers and also give them a little lift.

You're Going Places

I thought the You're Going Places bundle would be fun to use for graduation cards, so I put together a few like this one using some Everyday Happiness designer series paper along with this bundle.

I used Gold Foil sheets for the lock and key and the Unbounded Love dies for the sentiment layer. The card base is Wild Wheat, and the ink color is Copper Clay.

With Sympathy

I just love the patterns and colors in the Everyday Happiness designer series paper and have found myself using it quite a bit lately. This card pairs that paper with the Dashing Designs embossing folder and Unbounded Love bundle.

The die cut is made with the Unbounded Love dies and I cut a piece of Very Vanilla card stock to fit in the middle of it.

February Stamp Club Projects

A little late in getting these projects posted again, even during our slow time with farming, it seems like I never have enough time for the fun things!

The layout last month came about by using the Wildflower Celebrations scrapbooking kit and coordinating card stock colors. These kits are great when you want to do a lot of pages in the same theme.

The first card showcases the Memorable Blooms dies and we also used these dies on the second card. The designer series paper is called Everyday Happiness, and we took the coordinating card stock colors from that collection to complete our card.

Lastly, we used Serene Love designer series paper, Christmas Labels dies, Memorable Blooms dies and the Everyday details stamp set. The Crumb Cake card stock in the background is embossed with the Eyelet Lace 3D embossing folder.
