The stamp set used for this card is in the January - June mini catalog which means you can only order it for a little bit longer before it is gone!  It has some really cute images and great sentiments...

I used some retired Pansy Petals designer series paper in the background mounted on Soft Sea Foam card stock and the sentiment layer is die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly dies. There are also a few self-adhesive rhinestones from the retired Eden's Garden suite in the background.

This cards uses many of the same elements as the card I share with you yesterday although the colors and patterns are different.  I chose the same designer series paper and the same stamp set...

My card base is Fresh Freesia as well as the ink color...I chose the pattern with many small and colorful flowers from the designer series paper and die cut a few pieces from Soft Succulent card stock using the Scalloped Contours dies.

A simple card can still have many layers (at least in my mind!) and this one uses several layers and patterns.  

There are two of the newest In Colors featured on this card - Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen.  I have chosen patterns in the designer series paper collection called Pansy Petals with these colors along with the card stock and ink.  

The sentiment is from the Color and Contour stamp set and is on a die cut made with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

Growing Family

The All for Baby stamp set coordinates with the Baby Clothes dies and you can definitely get as detailed as you would like when using these products together.  

Instead of stamping the onesies and then die cutting them, I just used some retired designer series paper and die cut from that.  You still have some great details with stitching and buttons on the onesies without stamping first.  I also die cut the little clothespins out of some Crumb Cake card stock and attached them with glue dots that I rolled to make them smaller.

It is always fun to work with the new In Colors when they come out in the Idea Book and Catalog and to match the new designer series paper collections with the new colors.

This card uses the Color and Contour stamp set for the sentiment on a die cut made with the Stitched Rectangles dies.  The two pieces of designer series paper are from the Pansy Petals collection and are mounted on Evening Evergreen card stock.  The base of the card and the ink color are Polished Pink and I added some Pale Papaya and white ribbon for an accent.

Hand Penned Thanks

It is always fun to play with new products and I especially enjoy using layering die cuts.  On this card, I used the Scalloped Contours dies for the stamped layer as well as the layer behind it.  

Instead of using two of the Fresh Freesia die cuts, I cut one of them in half and used them on the corners behind the flower images.  

The stamp set is called Hand Penned and the main outline of the flowers is stamped with Evening Evergreen ink while the inside of the petals and leaves are stamped with the other new In Colors - Fresh Freesia, Soft Succulent, Polished Pink and Pale Papaya.
