Circle Birthday

It has been a while since I used the Hello, Irresistible designer series paper so I used it recently with the Deckled Circles dies and one of the 3D embossing folders.

I used Basic Gray and Highland Heather card stock for the circles and the embossed background. There are Stampin' Dimensionals behind the two die cut circles made with Basic Gray card stock.

Supplies:
Circle Sayings
Basic Gray ink
Basic Gray, Highland Heather, Basic White card stock
Basics 3D embossing folder

This paper crafting staple is great scrapbook paper, card making paper, and more! Ask your demonstrator about coordinating products.

Every crafter needs some basic tools, and this is one of them! The Deckled Circle Dies quickly cut basic shapes with a twist—a deckled* edge! What can you do with something so basic? For starters, you can cut several sizes in different colors and layer them to create a big colorful circle. Cut different sizes and scatter them on your card for a fun background. Cut in rainbow colors, then cut the circle in half for two rainbows. The list goes on and on and on. If you have a die-cutting machine, you’ll want these dies! (And if you don’t have a die-cutting machine, this is your reason to get one!)

* Not sure what "deckled" is? Picture the edge of handmade paper. It’s untrimmed and irregular. That’s a deckle edge. The deckle edge on these dies mimics the irregular, uncut edge of handmade paper.

* 14 dies
* Largest die: 5-3/4" (14.6 cm) diameter
* Use with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine

Dies help you create unique die-cut shapes and paper cutouts with just a quick run through your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Detailed dies include ejection holes so you can remove the paper easily.

The Circle Sayings Stamp Set includes cute sentiments and images that everyone will love! This set comes with friendly greetings, multiple borders, and large images that can be used as focal points. Combine the cupcake image with the celebrate greeting to create cards or tags for birthdays. Or send a warm hello surrounded by lush flowers. The open line-art images are perfect for your favorite coloring techniques. However you mix and match the images and sentiments, it’s sure to be a masterpiece! Also available in French.

Birthday Zone

A recent card order had me realizing that I did not have enough options for making cards for young children so one of the stamp sets I decided to purchase was the Construction Zone set. It has some cute images that will work well for little boy cards.

I did a little random stamping in the background with some of the smaller images in the set and then added the crane to a piece of Basic White card stock before coloring it with Stampin' Write Markers. I stamped the present on some scrap card stock and colored it in before using my paper snips to cut it out. It was then popped up near the hook of the crane.
There are strips of two different designer series papers in the background - Hello, Irresistible and Earthen Elegance.
The sentiment comes from the Artistically Inked stamp set and I used the paper snips to make the banner edges.

Supplies:
