Soft Seedlings

I just love the Soft Seedlings stamp set and wanted to create a card with the main image in a non-traditional color. For this card, I chose Blushing Bride as the ink color for the leaves...

In the background, I added a piece of Textured Chic specialty paper to tie in the ink color.  The sentiment is stamped on a die cut made with the Stitched Rectangles dies and I added some Glossy dots for accents.

The Soft Seedlings stamp set is in the Holiday catalog and will no longer be available after the end of the year.

Soft Seedlings

The Soft Seedlings stamp set makes creating a simple card easy with the Distinktive details in the images. For this thinking of you card, I used Cinnamon Cider, Cajun Craze and Crumb Cake ink on the same image to create my background.

The piece of Crumb Cake card stock layered on top was embossed with the Painted 3d Texture folder and I added a few Gold adhesive backed swirls as accents.

August Stamp Club Projects

Since August is almost over already, I thought I better share the stamp club projects from this month!  

The layout uses several patterns from the hostess designer series paper collection titled Celebrate Everything. There are also die cuts made using the Stylish Shapes dies and this paper collection. The card stock colors tie in with the patterns - Basic Black, Crushed Curry, Granny Apple Green, Pacific Point, Poppy Parade, and Shaded Spruce

I decided to include a Christmas card this month since we have some many new options in the Holiday Mini catalog. This one uses 

the Hope and Peace stamp set along with the Boughs of Holly designer series paper. I also used the Stylish Shapes dies for the sentiment layer.

Lastly, we made a card with the Soft Seedlings stamp set and Hive 3D folder. This stamp set created beautifully detailed images no matter what color you choose to ink it up with.
