Retirement Wishes

I like to pair the Oceanfront and Paradise Palms stamp sets to create a beach scene complete with palm trees.  It is easy to add layers and texture with die cuts and embellishments as well, although for this card I did not add either of those.

For the ocean, I used Pool Party ink and stamped the images from the Oceanfront set several times and in some places, I stamped more than one time in each spot. I did the same for the beach using Crumb Cake ink.

Graduate

We will have a graduate in the house in a few months so you will probably see plenty of graduation card samples before that time comes! This one is made with the Slim Sayings stamp set along with some scraps of card stock and designer series paper.

The designer series paper patterns are from the Harvest Meadow collection, and I used the Stripes and Splatters folder on the Misty Moonlight card stock. The sentiment is die cut with the Layering Circles dies and placed on top of a Heart and Home Doily.

Ladybug Birthday

I tried to pull out the colors in the Pattern Party designer series paper when I did some stamping in the background of this card. This designer series paper collection is a large pack of 12" x 12" patterns, on one side there are colorful designs and on the other the designs are black and white. 

The ladybug was stamped on the Beautiful Shapes die cut and then I stamped it on some scrap paper and cut it out with my paper snips before adding it to the die cut with Stampin' Dimensionals.  The sentiment is stamped on a die cut made with the Stitched Rectangles dies.

My Heart is Smiling

I always like to mix up the designer series paper collections when I make cards or scrapbook pages and this card is no exception. I have used some of the retired Whimsy and Wonder specialty paper in the background along with a piece of Abstract Beauty specialty paper on top of it.

Those papers are paired with the Wildflower Path stamp set and some retired self-adhesive embellishments. The sentiment is stamped on a piece of Crumb Cake that was die cut with the Stitched Rectangles dies.

Glimmering Congratuations

I put together some Congratulations cards using the Bouquet of Love embossing folder and the Glimmering Glitter Ombre specialty paper. Each of the cards turned out a little differently in color due to the ombre effect and there is lots of detail from the embossing folder.

The sentiment comes from the Happy and Heartfelt stamp set and I stamped it on a die cut made with the Stitched Rectangles dies. There are some Wonderful Gems used for accents along with some 3/4" Frayed Ribbon.

Abstract Triangles

When I put this card together, I used quite a few different products. All the designer series paper patterns come from the Abstract Beauty collection which is a 4" x 6" package. For the die cut pieces, I used the Stitched Triangle dies and the Bouquet of Love dies and for the stamp sets I chose Inspiring Iris and Wildflower Path.

There are also some Iridescent Rhinestones added for accents. The ink colors are not in the paper pattern, but they are part of the Abstract Beauty designer series paper collection in other patterns. I chose Polished Pink, Just Jade and Bumblebee for the inks.
