I pulled out the Textured Chic specialty designer series paper again for this card, pairing it with a piece of the Festive Foils 

specialty paper.

The die cut tag was made with the Designer Tags dies and the sentiment is from the Hope and Peace stamp set. I also added some Iridescent Pearls for accents.
