Bordered Congrats

For this card, I pulled the ink and card stock colors from the designer series paper pattern from the collection called Delightfully Eclectic. I chose Basic White, Misty Moonlight and Garden Green for the ink and card stock.

The Basic White piece in the background was die cut using the Basic Borders Dies and then embossed with the Geometric Patterns folder. The two layers of the sentiment were die cut using the Nested Essentials dies and the sentiment comes from the Phrases for All stamp set.
