Circled Birthday

The cupcake image in the Circled Sayings stamp set has been fun to play around with. You can stamp and color in with Stampin' Blends or Stampin' Write Markers, stamp on colored card stock, stamp on designer series paper and cut out the wrapper, etc. 

For this card, I stamped the cupcake image with Memento Black ink on a 2" circle of Basic White card stock and also on a piece of Bright and Beautiful designer series paper. I used my paper snips to cut the wrapper out of the designer series paper and colored the cupcake and frosting with Stampin' Write markers before adding the wrapper with Stampin' Seal.

The background is embossed with one of the Basics 3D embossing folders and the sentiment is die cut with the Nested Essentials dies.

I used the 2 3/8", 2 1/4" and 2" circle dies to make the layers and added some 1/8" Cotton ribbon from the combo pack around the embossed layer.
