I think it is fun to used different designer series paper patterns for the cupcake liner part of this stamp image from the Circle Sayings stamp set. For this card, I used some Merry Bold and Bright designer series paper matching the piece in the background. This designer series paper collection was in the September - December mini catalog and is no longer available.

The second layer of the card is a piece of Berry Burst card stock embossed with one of the Cheery Patterns embossing folders. The top layer is a die cut made with the Deckled Circles dies and I colored in the frosting and cupcake with Stampin' Write Markers.

The cupcake liner was cut out with a paper snips and there are some Tinsel Gem Four Pack embellishments on the frosting.
