One of the newer products in the Idea Book and Catalog that came out earlier this year is the Ephemera Packs which have some really fun elements that you can use on cards, scrapbook pages or other projects. I have used elements from two of these packs on this card - Saying Something and Fully Flowering.
The embossed layer is made with the Dashing Designs folder and the die cut is created with the Spotlight on Nature dies and a piece of Country Lace designer series paper. There are a few Tinsel Gems 4 Pack embellishments added as well.
