Eastern Elegance

Today I have a couple cards to show you using the Eastern Elegance stamp set and coordinating thinlits, stickers, and specialty paper. 

I also used the Oh My Stars embossing folder on my background Tranquil Tide card stock on both cards.  It leaves a really good popped up impression and I really like this one - it is new to the New Idea Book and Catalog...

I chose to use Fresh Fig as my card stock and ink color and added in the coordinating colors that are in the Eastern Palace specialty paper - Dapper Denim, Tranquil Tide and Very Vanilla.

The Eastern Gold vinyl stickers really add a lot to the cards as accents, I also added a glitter enamel dot to one of the cards in the center.

Happy Graduation

I am back at least temporarily!  We have been planting potatoes so my seed cutting job has kept me away from blogging and creating lately and I missed the whole week last week.  Hopefully I can be back for good, but we will see...

I have a couple different styles of the same card to share with you today.  We have quite a few graduation celebrations to attend this year so I thought I should get some cards made!  I chose to use the Eastern Medallion thinlits as the focus and added some Eastern Palace Specialty paper on the first one...

The sentiment is from Celebrate today and I added a designer button to the center of the medallion as well.

The second card uses the banner stamp in the Celebrate Today stamp set as well as the sentiment.  I also added some metallic enamel shapes to add a little color and texture.

The purple on this card is the new In Color called Fresh Fig...

May Stamp Club Projects

May's Stamp Club projects all use the new catalog preview products I mentioned yesterday.  They are again listed at the bottom of the post, there are two bundles you could choose from and I have posted the larger one below.

The layout uses the Eastern Palace specialty paper, Eastern Beauty, Eastern Gold vinyl sticker, Eastern Medallions thinlits and some extra card stock.

Both of the cards use the Eastern Palace specialty paper and some new In color inks called Fresh Fig and Tranquil Tide.

The second card has a gate fold and belly band and the stamp set I chose for that one is BYOP.  Aren't those little tassels cute?

I have a few new catalog previews to share with you this month and the great part is that you can also order these items before the new catalog comes out!  You can see one of the bundle options at the end of the post.

The card today also features two of the new In Colors coming in the new catalog - Tranquil Tide and Fresh Fig.

The base of the card is Fresh Fig card stock and I have used the same ink for the sentiment.  The layer matting the designer series paper is Tranquil Tide and I added a Eastern Gold vinyl sticker to the left side of the card and on the Dapper Denim die cut.
