Healing Peace Rest

One of my favorite new designer series paper collections is the Floral Charm designer series paper. I have used one of the patterns on these get-well cards pairing it with the retired Comforting Thoughts stamp set.

The embossed layer is a piece of Crumb Cake card stock embossed with the Eyelet Lace folder and I have matted the designer series paper with Soft Sea Foam card stock.

There are a few Brass Butterfly embellishments used for 

accents as well.

I'm Here for You

I have found the sayings in the Comforting Thoughts stamp set to be ones I use quite often on cards. For this one, I used two of 

them together.

I paired the stamp set with the Thoughtful Journey designer series paper and brought out the purple in the pattern using Gorgeous Grape card stock. 

There is a strip of White 3/8" Frayed Grosgrain ribbon added behind the sentiment as well to break things up a bit.

This card uses the Comforting Thoughts stamp set, I sat down recently and tried to use all the sentiments on different cards so you will be seeing more of this stamp set in the near future.

The background is a piece of Gray Granite card stock embossed with the Eyelet Lace 3D embossing folder and a piece of 2024 - 2026 In Color designer series paper.

The layer behind the sentiment is from the Perennial Postage dies and the sentiment layer is a retired die. There are also a few Tinsel Gems Three Pack embellishments to finish off the card.

Wishing You Comfort

The Comforting Thoughts stamp set has some great sayings for those time when you don't know what to say. I have used it on this card and a few others that I will share with you in the next week or two.

The Old Olive layer is embossed with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder and there is a piece of Iconic Celebrations designer series paper layered on top of it.

The sentiment is stamped on a die cut created with the Spotlight on Nature dies.

I Wish I Could Make This Better

I always like using the patterns in a designer series paper collection that are out of the theme - for example, I used a piece of A Little Latte designer series paper on this card but one without the coffee theme...After choosing the pattern, I added card stock colors and elements that coordinated with those colors.

The sentiment is from the Comforting Thoughts stamp set and is stamped with Lost Lagoon and Pecan Pie ink and it is stamped on a die cut made with the Everyday Details dies. The sentiment is two separate stamps and I love that the fonts are different. I also added a few Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots for accents.

I really like the sentiments in the Comforting Thoughts stamp set and I have made a few different cards with it recently. This one pairs the stamp set with the Forever Love specialty designer series paper.

I used three different patterns from the specialty paper collection, this is another product that I really love because of the color combinations. The sentiment layer is die cut with the All That dies and is stamped with Pretty Peacock ink.
