Joy to the World

This card is one that I used for a swap at a recent retreat.  Looking at it now, I think I would like it better with a different card base color....hmmm, maybe I will have to make some new ones :)

First, I used the confetti stars punch on my Soft Sky card stock.  Then I punched out three trees with the Tree punch, added some metallic gold thread and then the trees to the base.

And finally I added the sentiment which was die cut with the Tags and Labels framelits.

Supplies:
Jolly Christmas
Pool Party ink
Soft Sky, Wild Wasabi, Whisper White and Crumb Cake card stock
Winter Wonderland specialty paper
metallic gold thread
Tree punch
Confetti stars punch
Tags and labels framelits

Another BIG greeting that I love!  This stamp set has 4 large greetings and it is called Big on You (in the Occasions catalog).

I have some stamped images from Be the Star on my Soft Suede background piece and then I added some Watercolor Wonder washi tape and a piece punched with the confetti stars border punch.

Supplies:
Big on You, Be the Star
Blackberry Bliss, Soft Sky ink
Soft Suede, Whisper White card stock
Confetti stars punch
itty bitty shapes punch
linen thread
Watercolor wonder washi tape

Celebrate You

I decided to pair the Dotty Angles stamp set and the Confetti Stars punch on this card and added a sentiment from Fabulous Four.  The background for the "celebrate" sentiment is some retired specialty paper and I added an Essentials Hardware Clip as a little accent.

It is a pretty quick card to put together, but fun at the same time.

Supplies:
Fabulous Four, Dotty Angles
Blackberry Bliss, Tempting Turquoise ink
Very Vanilla card stock
Confetti Stars punch
Essentials Hardware Clips

Hip Hip Hooray!

This layout shares the excitement of Maddie's big accomplishment this summer (a story that I shared with you earlier).  I used the Be the Star stamp set as the background and added some of the Confetti Stars punched pieces as well.

The title is from Bravo and the little bike from Life's Adventures.  I added a little Sweet Taffy dsp and that was about it.  I realize I took the picture before I added the journaling, but eventually that found its way there too :)

Supplies:
Be the Star, Life's Adventure, Bravo
Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry, Tempting Turquoise ink
Daffodil Delight, Tempting Turquoise, Pumpkin Pie card stock
Sweet Taffy dsp
Confetti Stars border punch
