Big on You

Another BIG greeting that I love!  This stamp set has 4 large greetings and it is called Big on You (in the Occasions catalog). 

 

I have some stamped images from Be the Star on my Soft Suede background piece and then I added some Watercolor Wonder washi tape and a piece punched with the confetti stars border punch.

Hexagons

On this card, I was playing around with my hexagon punch and the White Stampin' Chalk Marker.  I might have to try this layout with some other color combinations too.

Hello There

Another card using the Season of Style designer series paper in a non holiday way today.  I added a piece of Soft Suede card stock that has been stamped with the Happy Day stamp set and then added some itty bitty punches.

Scallop Circles

 

I think the bright colors in this specialty paper seem to call my name these days when we have too many rainy and cloudy days outside.

 

 

The scallop circles are made with the 7/8" and 1 1/4" scallop circle punches and the middle of the flower is from one of the itty bitty shapes punches.  I added some white with the White Gel pen.

I still haven't had a lot of time to get my fingers inky since we finished harvest so I am going back to my stash of pictures that I haven't shared with you yet.  This one is from a Stamp A Stack I did in July...

Happiness

I broke out the Take a Seat stamp set for this card along with Pursuit of Happiness for my sentiment.  There is some retired designer series paper and also some Beau Chateau designer series paper in the mix and I used some faux mother of pearl on Very Vanilla card stock as well.

The ink is Early Espresso and the card stocks are Very Vanilla, Pretty in Pink, Crumb Cake and Marina Mist.

I added a few little embellishments - subtles buttons, vintage trinkets and Victoria Crochet trim ribbon.  The little flower on the bench is made from the Boho Blossoms punch and the itty bitty shapes punch.

Red White and Blue

Our theme this week at Late Night Stampers is Red White and Blue.  I used some designer series paper that will come out in the new catalog at the end of the week called Just Add Cake as my background.  The daisies are stamped in Poppy Parade and the sentiment in Not Quite Navy.

I used the faux suede technique on the strip of Not Quite Navy on the right side before I scrunched it up.
