Jar of Wishes

I did some playing around with the Art Gallery and Jar of Flowers bundles using some retired vellum a few weeks ago.  I used the vellum for the background layer and also for the jar, stamping it with Memento Black ink and then punching it out with the Jar Punch.

For the flowers, I stamped the flower and stem image in several different colors, die cut them all and then trimmed the flowers off using my paper snips before piecing them together.

Still playing with the Jar of Flowers bundle...

These cards, which I left sentiment free for now, all use the 2020-2022 In Color designer series paper  stack and the In Good Taste designer series paper.

The flowers were stamped with Memento Black ink and colored in with Stampin' Write markers before I cut them out with a paper snips.

July Stamp Club Projects

This month, we again used a couple different collections of designer series paper for our projects - In Good Taste and Forever Greenery. 

The first card uses some In Good Tastes designer series paper as well as the Tufted embossing folder, the Painted Poppies stamp set and Tasteful Labels dies.

Our second card also uses the In Good Taste designer series paper along with the Jar of Flowers bundle and the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle.  We added some Misty Moonlight ribbon and In Color enamel dots to complete it.

The layout uses the Tasteful Labels dies as well as the Forever Greenery designer series paper.

Jars of Flowers

I was playing around with the Jar of Flowers Bundle and the In Good Taste designer series paper one day and put together the cards below...

I tried a couple different ink colors for the flowers - the one above is Daffodil Delight and below is Bumblebee...

The jar in punched out and the lid is just cut out with the paper snips...

I added some 3/16" braided trim around each jar...

Jar of Flowers

There is a new bundle in the catalog called Jar of Flowers which includes the Jar of Flowers stamp set and Jar Punch.  I made a simple two layer card using these products and some Stampin' Blends.

I stamped the flowers on the card base and then the jar and stems on a scrap before punching it out.  The coloring is done with Stampin' Blends and I used some baker's twine from the Flowers for Every Season ribbon combo pack around the jar.
