For this card, I paired the Here's A Card and Comfort and Hope stamp sets using the sentiment from the Here's A Card set and the background images from Comfort and Hope.

I die cut a couple stitched rectangles out of Pool Party card stock and In Good Taste designer series paper to place behind the sentiment which was die cut using the Tasteful Labels dies.

Just Saying

I chose a couple different shades of blue card stock for this card that also showcases some of the In Good Taste designer series paper.  The card base is Misty Moonlight and the next layer is Night of Navy as is the ink color.

The 1/4" In Color ribbon is really nice to work with and I have used a piece of the Misty Moonlight behind the sentiment which comes from the Tasteful Touches stamp set.

Pedal to the Metal

Here are a few different masculine birthday cards all using the Pedal to the Metal stamp set.  I have stamped each of the vehicles with Memento Black ink and colored them all in with Stampin' Blends.

Each one has a die cut piece or two from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies as well as a Stitched Rectangle die cut and a couple also use the Beautiful Boughs die set.

The last card uses some Silver Foil paper and the Coastal Weave embossing folder in the background.

Have Another

Stampin' Up! has come out with a downloadable digital stamp set called Share Sunshine with proceeds going to either the World Health Organization or United Way (your choice when you purchase).  The PDF is ready to print and cut out the sentiment or die cut them to make some quick and fun cards to share some sunshine.  You can find the details right here.

February Paper Pumpkin and Alternative Cards

The first set of cards show what you can make with the February Paper Pumpkin kit...

This set is a few alternative ideas using very few extra pieces...

For this card, I chose to use the base that came with the kit because it was a little different and I liked the fold and enclosure. I added a couple of pieces of card stock - a Basic Gray piece embossed with the Tin Tile folder and a Balmy Blue piece die cut with the Stitched Rectangles framelits.

For this one, I chose to stamp the large flower on the card base and color it in with markers before adding the die cut piece from the kit.

Thinking of You

Before putting together this card, I had been playing with the Ornate frames dies  and had cut out a few of each shape.  I chose this one for the sentiment that comes from the Greatest Part of Christmas stamp set.

The outside frame was made with the Stitched Rectangle framelits and I added some Fancy Frost specialty paper underneath it.

October Paper Pumpkin Alternative Cards

The first card in the pictures is the way the kit was designed for us.  The pictures make it difficult to see, but the snow and trees are shimmery white...

I added Pool Party and Early Espresso card stock bases for the two cards below as well as some die cuts using the Stitched Rectangles and Stitched Labels framelits.  The sentiment on the card on the right is from Itty Bitty Christmas.

And finally one using some Feels Like Frost specialty paper and Pretty Peacock foil sheets along with a small piece of Come to Gather designer series paper.

September Stamp Club

This month we used a couple different designer series paper collections along with a few dies and stamp sets.

For the layout, we used the Noble Peacock specialty designer series paper and the Rectangle Stitched framelits...

On the first card, we used the sentiment from God's Peace and image stamps from Peaceful Boughs along with some holiday rhinestones...

We also used the holiday rhinestones on this bi-fold card that features the Come to Gather designer series paper, Here's a Card and Christmas Countdown...

Hammered Grapefruit Birthday

I didn't really hammer a grapefruit for this card, I used the Hammered metal 3d embossing folder on some Grapefruit Grove foil paper for the background of the card...

This one has lots of layers and different elements.  In addition to the embossing, I used the Frosted Frames dies, Rectangle stitched framelits and Stitched shapes framelits dies for some of the layers along with the Garden Lane designer series paper.

To complete it, I added some burlap ribbon and metallic pearls.
