Charming Thank You

It has been lots of fun working with the Splendid Day Suite and playing around with different layouts and card ideas. This is another thank you card that went into the wedding gifts.

The sentiment is created with the Charming Sentiments stamp set and Sentiment Silhouettes dies, the rest of the products used are from the Splendid Day Suite.

Babies are a Blessing

There are lots of new catalog products used on these cards including stamp sets, dies and designer series paper. The stamp set is called Places in the Heart and I stamped the image with Memento Black ink and colored them in with Stampin' Blends. They are die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly dies.

The sentiments are from the Charming Sentiment stamp set and are die cut with the coordinating Sentiment Silhouettes dies as are the hearts. The designer series paper is from the 6" x 6" collection called Tea Boutique.

Well, I hope I am going to be back consistently posting projects, but with so much to catch up on, we will see...the crops are planted finally but there are still lots of things to catch up on - including getting some crafting time in!

The background images on this card are created using a hostess stamp set called Garden Grandeur which uses the two-step stamping technique. I used several colors in this design including Merry Merlot, Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, Polished Pink, and Petal Pink.

The sentiment comes from the stamp set called Charming Sentiments and it can also coordinate with the dies set called Sentiment Silhouettes which you can see below.

There are also 2021-2023 Opal Rounds added to the centers of the flowers for accents.
