Happiest of Birthdays

I had some fun playing around with the Gone Fishing dies and the Ready to Ride designer series paper. In addition, I used the Metal Plate 3D embossing folder on some Silver Foil sheets to use behind the windows of the die cut.

The other pieces behind the windows of the die cuts are from the retired Ready to Ride designer series paper collection. The sentiment is from Charming Sentiments and is stamped on a die cut made with the Stylish Shapes dies.

Charming Birthday

This card has a lot going on as far as the combination of products used to create it. To being with, the first layer has a piece of Fresh as a Daisy designer series paper on the right and on the left is a piece of Lost Lagoon card stock embossed with the Distressed Tile 3D folder.

The next layer has the sentiment from Charming Sentiments stamped with Pebbled Path ink on the same color of card stock. The Nested Essentials die cut below it is created using the Winter Meadow designer series paper and the car image on top of it comes from the Curved Occasions stamp set.

The car is colored in with Stampin' Blends and cut out with a Paper Snips.

Big Congratulations

Sometimes when I know I am going to sit down to watch a football game on tv, I plan ahead and stamp some images that need to be colored with Stampin' Blends so I can work on them at the same time. I did that for the cards I am sharing with you today, creating multiple cards using different ink colors.

In the background, I chose to use a couple patterns of the Design a Daydream designer series paper collection which is a hostess set. I was in need of some masculine cards and wanted to use the He's the Man designer series paper in some way, so I decided to cut some 1" strips of different patterns and attach them to a piece of Basic White card stock.

My strips were cut to about 5" in length and once you have them in place, you can just trim the extra off the edges.  

The die cuts were made with the All That dies, and the sentiment is from the Charming Sentiments stamp set.

Hippos and Dots

Today I have lots of pictures to share with you of cards made with the Hippest Hippo stamp set, Hippo Dies and the Dots and Spots die. The Dots and Spots die was so fun to play with that I made a 

few variations...

All the cards also use different patterns of the hostess designer series paper collection called Celebrate Everything. 

The Hippos have all been stamped with Memento ink, colored in with Stampin' Blends and then die cut using the Hippo dies. The Hippest Hippo stamp set and Hippo dies were free products you could earn during the last Sale-a-bration event.

For the sentiment layers, I die cut pieces using the Stylish Shapes and All That die sets. 

The circle layer behind the ballerina was made with the Stylish Shapes dies and the little flowers around here were cut from 2022 - 2024 In Color Glimmer paper using the Hippo dies.

The embossed layer on the last card was created with a retired folder and I used just a scrap of Polished Pink that was cut from the larger die cut piece from the card above it.

October Stamp Club Projects

This month, our stamp club was not able to meet so I put together the projects for everyone. There were a variety of products used from both the Annual Catalog and the Holiday catalog along with a Sale-a-bration designer series paper.

The first card uses lots of color and the Stitchery and Charming sentiments stamp sets. The Starburst circle is made with the In Color Glimmer paper...

For the next card, the Aspen Tree dies were used on the card base and then some Sale-a-bration designer series paper called Rings of Love was added on the inside of the card on the left side.

So Tiny, So Precious

Recently, I put together a bunch of baby cards using some Sale-a-bration products and focused on the Hippest Hippo stamp set. The hippo images are colored in using Stampin' Blends.

The card bases are the Pool Party and Soft Sea Foam cards and envelopes, and I added some Silver and Gold 6" x 6" designer series paper along with some 2022-2024 In Color Glimmer paper.

The little boy cards also have an embossed layer of Balmy Blue that was made with a retired embossing folder.

And on each one I also added some 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots. The sentiments come from the Charming Sentiments set - I just love all the options in this set!
