Spider Web

While I have found ways that make die cutting intricate thinlits much easier, I really love it when Stampin' Up! gives us some fun things that are already cut out!  That is the case with the Spider Web doilies in the Holiday catalog and I have used one on the card below.

I added it to the card just over the top of the Happy Haunting designer series paper and although it is hard to see, I added some loops of Metallic gold thread underneath the Metal rimmed pearl.

Supplies:
A Little Something
Memento Black ink
Happy Haunting dsp
Very Vanilla, Pumpkin Pie card stock
Spider Web doily
Metallic gold thread
Metal rimmed pearls
Square punch

Halloween Hello

I was playing around with an idea on this card and of course I ended up with something completely different.

I randomly stamped several of the images from the Halloween Hello stamp set on my Very Vanilla and colored in the candy with Pumpkin Pie and Summer Starfruit.  You can see I out lined one of the candy corn images in Basic Black and left the rest alone that were stamed in Basic Gray.

Supplies:
Halloween Hello
Pumpkin Pie, Very Vanilla, Summer Starfruit card stock
Pumpkin Pie, Summer Starfruit, Basic Gray and Basic Black ink and markers
1" square punch
postage punch
Witches brew washi tape

Don't forget the great deals going on right now!
