I think I have mentioned before that I really like the background image stamps in the Comfort and Hope stamp set and in the past have paired them with lots of different sentiments.  This time, I chose sentiments from the same stamp set.

November Stamp Club Projects

This month's projects again use a variety of different designer series paper and color combinations.

The layout is focused on the colors in the Flowers for Every Season designer series paper stack...

For the first card, I used the Winter Woods and in the background I used the Old World Paper embossing folder on some Soft Sea Foam card stock.

The final card uses some Plaid tidings designer series paper along with the Love of Leaves stamp set.

Welcome Baby

I am again using the Moving Along stamp set on some cards today, this time pairing it with another past Paper Pumpkin kit as well as some scraps.

I used ink colors that coordinated with the patterns in the card bases and elements - Pacific Point and Just Jade.

The Whisper White circles were punched out with the 2" circle punch after they were stamped.

Supplies:
Moving Along
Pacific Point, Just Jade ink
Whisper White, Early Espresso, Just Jade, Pacific Point card stock

Wish your friends happy travels with this whimsical, transportation-themed stamp set. Great for children or adults. To create depth and dimension with your images using Two-Step Stampin’, stamp the silhouette image in the lightest color of ink. Then stamp the detailed images in darker colors. This stamp set is also available in French.

* 24 photopolymer stamps
* Suggested clear blocks (sold separately): a, b, d, g

Moving Along

I had a few card bases left from a previous Paper Pumpkin kit that I wanted to make some card with using the Moving Along stamp set.  The card bases and adhesive backed star accents are from the kit.

I used the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set for the sentiments and used the two step stamp technique to color in the train cars with Mint Macaron ink.

For the final card, the base is a piece of Terracotta Tile card stock and some scrap pieces from past kits as well as my scrap pile.

Supplies:
Moving Along, Itty Bitty Birthdays
Memento Black, Soft Suede, Mint Macaron ink
Whisper White, Early Espresso, Soft Suede, Bumblebee, Terracotta Tile card stock
Pieces from Past Paper Pumpkin kits

October Paper Pumpkin Kit Alternative Cards

When I put together some alternative ideas for the cards in the October Paper Pumpkin kit, I didn't use too many extras.  The first picture again is the original cards as designed.

These cards use Crumb Cake card bases along with some die cuts from the Tasteful Label and Stitched Labels collections. The stamped images are from the stamp set in the kit.

Below are a couple cards using the card bases in the kit and a few scraps of In Good Taste designer series paper and some die cuts.

Finally, another card using the base from the kit along with a piece from the envelope I cut down and a die cut from the Stitched So Sweetly collection.

October Paper Pumpkin Alternative Layout

This week I am going to share a lot of Paper Pumpkin projects, using the October kit as well as pieces from past kits. The first photo is of the October kit cards as they were designed.

I cut down a few of the items in the kit to created a 12" x 12" layout on a piece of Cherry Cobbler card stock.  The photo mats are one of the card bases cut in two pieces.

The piece behind the "joy" element is part of the inside of an envelope that was cut up, I used the rest of it for a card I will share with you tomorrow.

You can sign up for the November kit right here.
