I purchased some 1 x 8 skinny bags without really knowing exactly what I was going to do with them. After some thought I decided to use a few of them as preschool Halloween treats and make a super easy Skittle treat. I think it took about twice as long to stuff the bags with the candy as it did to finish the projects.
