July Stamp Club

This time around I chose to use several different designer and specialty papers for our projects - Noble Peacock specialty paper, Pressed Petals designer series paper and Mosaic Mood specialty paper.  

The first card uses the Noble Peacock specialty paper and the Tasteful Textures stamp set.

The second card has some Pressed Petals designer series paper and the background is embossed with the Brick and Mortal folder.  

Finally, the layout uses the Mosaic Mood specialty paper along with the Tasteful Textures stamp set and Tailored Tag punch.

Stained Glass Thank You

When I sat down to color the Graceful Glass designer vellum sheets, I found my kids decided it looked like fun.  They actually helped me get them all colored and ready to cut up and use on some cards which was great!  

On this card, I added Whisper White card stock behind the vellum before adding it to a Basic
Black piece so that the colors popped a little bit.  Then I added it to a starry night background from the Twinkle Twinkle designer series paper collection and added some red satin ribbon.

The sentiment is from the stamp set called Another Wonderful Year and is stamped in Night of Navy ink.

Another Wonderful Year

I am back with a card project today - there still may be some days without any posts because harvest is coming any day now for us.  

I used the Another Wonderful Year stamp set along with a retired background set called Playful Backgrounds.  I stamped the sentiment on Whisper White with Smoky Slate ink and then punched it out with the Tailored Tag punch.  Then, I stamped the same thing using Bermuda Bay ink and cut out the banner piece with a paper snips and attached it to the punched piece with snail adhesive.

I added some retired designer series paper and some self adhesive sequins to finish the card.
