Little Miracle

I pulled some colors from the Twinkle Twinkle designer series paper collection for these baby shower cards and also used a few of the patterns in the background.  

The image of the expecting mother is colored in with Stampin' Blends and I have a piece of Basic Gray that is embossed with the Tin Tile dynamic impression folder to the side.  The sentiment is punched out using the Starburst punch.

I have been playing around with the Rectangle stitched framelits a little bit lately, on this card I have used three different shapes/sizes and for the layer with the image of the man and woman, I altered the size of the die cut.  I first cut the card stock to the size of the actual die and then I moved the top of the card stock down a little bit still lining the sides up with the stitch marks and cut again making the length shorter.  (I hope that makes sense...)

The designer series paper (Twinkle Twinkle) and the Gray Granite card stock layers are also die cut with the same set.  The image of the couple has been colored in with Stampin' Blends...

Miracles

I recently needed a card for someone who was having twins and decided to use the Wonderful Moments stamp set.  When I stamped the sentiment, I decided to make a little change to the last word - miracle so I didn't ink up the exclamation point at the end and added and s and an exclamation point with my Basic Black marker.

I used the Soft Suede and Call Me Clover Stampin' Blends to color in the image of the expectant mother and some Twinkle Twinkle designer series paper in the background.

Stained Glass Thank You

When I sat down to color the Graceful Glass designer vellum sheets, I found my kids decided it looked like fun.  They actually helped me get them all colored and ready to cut up and use on some cards which was great!  

On this card, I added Whisper White card stock behind the vellum before adding it to a Basic
Black piece so that the colors popped a little bit.  Then I added it to a starry night background from the Twinkle Twinkle designer series paper collection and added some red satin ribbon.

The sentiment is from the stamp set called Another Wonderful Year and is stamped in Night of Navy ink.

I love the new stamp sets that are baby themed in the new Idea Book and Catalog!  This card uses the Fastened with Love set and some Twinkle Twinkle designer series paper.  

I put several stamps on one block before stamping the background on my card base with Gray Granite ink.  For a finishing touch, I added some Twinkle adhesive backed sequins.

Twinkle Twinkle

There are some really fun baby stamp sets in the new catalog and for the card shown today I chose the Little Twinkle set paired with the Twinkle Twinkle designer series paper.  There are some coordinating enamel adhesive stars in the collection as well as a moon and stars punch, but I didn't add them to this card.

I started with a base of Basic Gray and stamped some stars onto it with Smoky Slate ink.  Then I added my card stock and designer series paper layers.  The Twinkle sentiment is stamped on some leftover Paper pumpkin elements.
