December Stamp Club Projects

This month's stamp club projects were a mix of things - a masculine birthday card, a Christmas card and a layout that is kind of spring like...

For the Christmas card, I chose the Home for the Holidays designer series paper and Peaceful Pines stamp set...

and the masculine card uses an image from Traveler and sentiment from Tin of Cards over some Typeset specialty paper...

On the layout, I chose to use the Summer Silhouettes stamp set and English Garden designer series paper along with some of the Envelope paper...

Decorated Star

Apparently the craft stores I go to when I get a chance just have too many fun wooden items to alter this fall!  This is another project I put together using a wooden piece I purchased...

I took strips of Merry Moments designer series paper and attached them to the star using Mod Podge.  Then I started adding more elements...

I stamped some images from Jolly Christmas...

and then I picked out some Project Life Seasonal Snapshot 2015 cards to add...

Then, I added some bling and ribbon and a tea lace doily...

then I stamped a little more with the A Little Something stamp set and added a die cut "peace" mounted to a die cut using the Cards and Labels Project Life collection framelits.

A few circles and buttons and the star was complete!

Altering Note Books

One of the items that usually is a great seller at the one and only craft show I attend is altered notebooks.  The people that purchase them love to give them for teacher gifts or just keep them for their own.

I have a couple to share with you today that I made for this fall's craft show, the first one uses Into the Woods designer series paper and the Hello Life stamp set.

The second one uses some Typeset specialty paper and Happy Haunting designer series paper.  The card is from the Project Life Moments like these collection.

The notebooks are really quite fast to put together and I used the Tear and Tape adhesive to attach all the designer series paper layers.

Supplies:
Hello life
Old Olive Ink
Into the Woods, Happy Haunting dsp
Typeset specialty paper
Soft Suede, Whisper White, Old Olive card stock
Moments like these Project Life card collection

linen thread
Brick Wall folder
