The Year End Blowout sale is soon over, make sure not to miss out on some great deals!  One of my favorites in the holiday catalog is the Illuminated Christmas stamp set - I just love the sentiments!  For this card, I paired it with the Joyous Noel stamp set (the background leaves and splotch behind the sentiment) which is another one I really like. You won't want to miss out on stocking up on some galvanized metallic paper either!  I love that stuff :)

I used my Tin Tile folder on the galvanized metallic paper and my Stitched shapes framelits for the layered sentiment.  I chose to use Basic Gray, Coastal Cabana and Very Vanilla for my ink and card stock colors.

The Stars

This card uses the same type of background as the one I shared with you yesterday - the Bermuda Bay ink pad was swiped on some Very Vanilla card stock...

This time I added an embossed layer of Pool Party behind the ink pad swiped card stock and some stars cut out with the Starlight thinlits and a horn cut out with the retired Musical instruments thinlits.  

The sentiment is from the Illuminated Christmas stamp set and is punched out with a retired punch.

Every year I try to select just a few of the holiday stamp sets that I know I will use for lots of different projects, sometimes that works and other times I end up purchasing more than I really need...This is one of the first sets I decided on this year, Illuminated Christmas.  It pairs well with the Stampin' Blends but I really chose it for the sayings.

For this card, I also used some Festive Farmhouse designer series paper patterns and the wise men element was cut with the Big Shot and Spot of Tea framelits.
