Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all the mom's today!  Here is another card using the Because I care stamp set and the sentiment from All Holidays.

I used my markers to color the flower with Marina Mist and Always Artichoke and then added some Night of Navy to the edges of the flower to add a little more color.  The Designer papers are Elegant Soiree and To the Nines (clearance rack).

The base of the card is Marina Mist and I also used Always Artichoke and Very Vanilla. 

Petal Cone Box

Playing with the petal cone die again and so happy it is carried over after the Occasions mini is gone!

This is a box that was CASED from  Corinne (Roxy) Somerville, she created it as part of one of her projects for UStamp with Dawn and Friends Big Shot Brilliance.

It's Good to Dream

I made this page using a sketch from a challenge on Soul Scrappers.  I just love these papers and am so glad that we can still use them in My ditital studio! 

The designer series paper is from Botanical Gazette which is available in the Occasions mini catalog and also as an add on for My Digital Studio.

Hybrid motorcycle card

I had printed some Summertime Splendor designer series paper (available only in My Digital Studio) awhile ago for a project and had some left over.  I thought it would be fun to use part of it as a background for the motorcycle stamp. 

The bottom  layer of the card is tin fold taped onto a piece of cardstock and then run through the Big Shot using the Backgrounds 1 texutrz plate.

Flower Box

I made this cute little box for a 3D challenge on Soul Scrappers, you can find the directions to make one of your own here.  Erika Martin was the challenge designer and gave us the template for the box. 

The top with some fun flowers.  I just used some scraps of 5/8" Old Olive grosgrain ribbon for the leaves and stuck them underneath the flowers with glue dots.

Purse of cards CASE

UStamp with Dawn and Friends Classes, Clubs and Camps has opened and I thought I would share the first project I have CASED from one of the tutorials.  This is by Rosemarie Diehl and I have changed the stamp sets and colors, etc. but it is a cute little purse and 4 notecards. 

I also made my own envelopes with the Sweet Stitches designer series paper because I didn't have

any the right size :) 

One of the new punches that will be in the Summer Mini Catalog created the punch shapes on these cards, it is a 3 part punch and fun to play with!  It is called the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer punch and is available starting today!
