Artistic Birthday

The watercolor images in the Artistically Inked stamp set make it lots of fun to play around with.  For these cards, I went with several colors of pink and Daffodil Delight.

The card stock colors are Flirty Flamingo, Basic White and Polished Pink and the inks are Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flamingo.  I added some baker's twine from a Paper Pumpkin kit along with some Love You Always foil paper and 2021-2023 In Color Jewels to complete the cards.

Little Hands

There are some really fun baby stamps and dies in the new catalog and I tried out the All for Baby Bundle on the cards below.

In the background I used some retired designer series paper (and also for one of the onesies) along with the Picture This dies for the circles as well as the sentiment layer. You can see the other images and dies you can create with this bundle below...

June Stamp Club Projects

As always, our stamp club projects use lots and lots of designer series paper.  This time we used the hostess set called Pattern Party along with the Hand Penned collection.

For the layout we used the Pattern Party designer series paper along with the Picture This dies for the circles and the rectangles.

On the first card, we used small pieces of the same designer series paper - Pattern Party - along with the Inspired Thoughts stamp set and Label Me Lovely punch.

Finally, we used a couple different patterns of  the Hand Penned designer series paper and the Artistically Inked stamp set.

Picture This

One day I played around with the Picture This dies quite a bit making some scrapbook layouts and cards.  This card is one that came from that creative session pairing the dies with the Color and Contour stamp set.

To start with, I took some retired Misty Moonlight cards stock and used the stitched circles die to cut out what you see on the front of the card, it is one single die that makes all those circles...The sentiment layer is die cut using the other die in the package.

Then, I added some Hand Penned designer series paper behind it and added the rest of the elements.

Create peekaboo cards using Picture This Dies. Each die cuts multiple windows in a card front. Place it over the card front and cut out the windows, then stamp or use pattern paper on the inside of the card for a beautiful window effect.

May Paper Pumpkin Layout Alternative

As I usually try to do, I have made a 12" x 12" scrapbook layout using the pieces in the May Paper Pumpkin kit...

Above are the cards as the designer intended...

For the layout, I added some Basic White, Night of Navy, Crumb Cake and Real Red card stock as well as using the Rectangle Postage Punch.  The rest of the elements come in the kit, including the envelope flap that I cut off and used on the left side of the Crumb Cake photo mat.

May Paper Pumpkin

I am always happy to see baseball themed products from Stampin' Up! since my boys have been playing baseball since they were about four years old.  The May Paper Pumpkin kit was fun to play around with for that reason and I made one of them a birthday card using the kit as well since he has a May birthday. 

The picture above shows the intended designs...

I added some Bumblebee and Real Red card stock to this one and used the happy birthday sentiment from the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set (this set was used on all of the alternative cards shown)...

This one has some Crumb Cake, Real Red and Bumblebee card stock added...

And finally, one using some Basic White, Real Red and Night of Navy card stock along with some retired Playing with Patterns designer series paper.
