I have used a couple of retired items on this care along with two current designer series paper collections and stamp set.

The embossing folder, Parisian Flourish, and the die set called Picture This, which are both retired were both used for elements of this Thank You card.

The designer series papers are from the Beautiful Gallery and Timeless Plaid collections and the sentiment comes from the Simply Said stamp set. This stamp set is one of my favorites.

Enjoy Your Day

The Sale-a-bration stamp set called Heartfelt Hellos is one I that I plan to keep in my stamp library for awhile. I had fun putting this card together using some different die cuts and designer series paper.

The largest die cut was made with the Radiating Stitches dies and the Sweet Sorbet piece behind the sentiment was made with the 

Picture This dies.

This card came about from some leftover die cuts and scraps that I was trying to use up when I was at a retreat recently. By using the leftovers, I put together several cards similar to this one but with different colors, die cuts and embossed pieces.

The designer series paper in the background is from the Delightful Floral collection and on top of that is a piece of Azure Afternoon card stock that has been embossed with the Countryside Blooms folder. 

Next, is a die cut made with the retired Picture This dies and on top of that is a die cut made with the Something Fancy dies.

The sentiment is stamped in Pecan Pie ink and is from the Heartfelt Hexagons stamp set.

I made a few baby cards using some leftover die cuts and embossed pieces a while back, they are not all the same, but below is a sample of one of them.

The sentiment is from the retired Many Messages stamp set and is cut out by the Messages die; the circle behind that is from the Picture This dies. I used one of the Basics 3D embossing folders and the Cheery Patterns embossing folder, both on pieces of Sweet Sorbet card stock.

Time for a Celebration

I wanted to use some of the Adhesive Backed Glitter Sequins I had from the Holiday Mini catalog on a birthday card and decided to use the Beautiful Balloons stamp set to do that.

I used Granny Apple Green, Parakeet Party, Pool Party and Pacific Point ink to make the balloons and sentiment, the strings on the balloons are Memento Black. 

The sentiment is die cut using the retired Picture This dies.

So Much

This colorful and fun card was the perfect project for the Stamparatus alignment tool. I admit that I do not use this tool for stamping all the time but there are certain things that I like to pull it out for, especially when I am making multiples of a card. To create the aligned words, you just need to move the side plate down one notch for each "thanks"...

I wanted to use the colorful Hues of Happiness designer series paper in the background on these cards because I love the change in color on these papers. The circle was made with the Picture This dies, and the top layer was punched out with the Classic Label punch.

April Stamp Club Projects

In April, our projects used lots of retiring items along with a few that will carry over as we transition to the new Idea Book and Catalog in a week.

Our first card uses the Picture This dies, the Hive 3D folder and Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set. There are some Brushed Brass Butterflies added along with retired Bumblebee ribbon.

Next, we have a card made using the Simply Elegant specialty designer series paper, Heart and Home Doilies, Scalloped Contours dies and the retiring In Symmetry stamp set.

Finally, our 12" x 12" scrapbook layout uses some Pansy Petal designer series paper along with coordinating card stock colors, including Bumblebee which is a retiring In Color.

Sunshine and Rainbows

I went a little crazy with the scrap bin on these cards coordinating them all with the Sunshine and Rainbows designer series paper (SAB 2022). The card stock colors all coordinate with the colors in the designer series paper pack and I used Granny Apple Green for all the card bases.

There are die cuts made with the Picture This, Stitched So Sweetly, Tasteful Labels, Stitched Rectangles and Messages dies. I also used a couple embossing folders - the Hive 3D folder, Tin Tile 3D folder and Painted Textures 3D folder.

For the sentiments I chose to use the Many Messages and Special Moments (SAB 2022) stamp sets...

I also added a variety of different adhesive embellishments to each card.

Since the cards all coordinate with each other, I wanted to share them with you all at once instead of in different posts to show that you can use the same papers and other products to put together many different layouts.

Leave a Trail

The Wildflower Path stamp set not only has some great options for stamping flowers on stems, but it also has some really good sentiments.  My favorite is in the one used on this card, and I think it can be used for lots of different occasions.

In the background, I used the Picture This dies on a piece of Soft Succulent card stock and then added some Harvest Meadow designer series paper behind it. Then I added a layer of Basic Gray that was embossed with the Stripes and Splatters folders and on top of that, a piece of Whimsy and Wonder designer series paper. The stamped layers are both mounted on Misty Moonlight card stock and I added some Brushed Brass Butterflies to finish the card.
