The Changing of Leaves

Fall is coming faster than I am ready for it as is the case in most years. The Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set is what I used for the sentiment on the fall themed card "the changing of leaves reminds us that wonders are just around the corner"...

For the die cuts, I used the Harvest dies along with the Scalloped Contours Dies (for the sentiment layer).  I placed a piece of Be Dazzling 6 x 6 specialty paper (SAB 2021) in the background and added some braided trim and Wonderful Gems to complete the card.

Blossoms in Bloom

The Blossoms in Bloom stamp set (and bundle) give you lots of options to layer your stamps and/or die cuts.  For this card I did not use the dies but just added lots of color with stamps on my Basic White layer.

The large flowers are all stamped at once with and I used Polished Pink for that image. The rest of the small flowers, leaves and middle of the flowers are stamped individually.

August Paper Pumpkin Layout Idea

The last two days I have shared some alternative card ideas for the August Paper Pumpkin kit and today I have a layout idea for you using the items in the kit along with a little extra card stock and designer series paper.

Again I have a picture of the cards that you can create from the kit pieces if you want to use their awesome step by step directions.  

I did a little stamping on the Basic White 12" x 12" card base before I added some Whimsey and Wonder designer series paper (from this pattern you would not know that it a winter/Christmas themed paper!) along with pieces of an envelope that I cut down, Bermuda Bay card stock and other pieces from the kit.

More Paper Pumpkin Card Ideas

As promised, I have some more alternative card ideas for you today along with the decorated box that this wonderful kit arrived in.

Again, I have just added some card stock to create these alternative cards and used pieces from the kit - some of them have been altered by cutting them down or by using punches.

The beautiful box could be used to gift the cards or to just fill with fun items for a gift and the decorations on the box were included in the kit!

August Paper Pumpkin Card Ideas

The August Paper Pumpkin kit lets you create some beautiful and inspiring cards - as always they have everything cut and ready for you to use as well as the stamps, ink, envelopes and adhesives you will need. The first picture below shows the cards as intended by the designers.

I had a lot of fun putting together alternative ideas so not only will I share a few of those with you today, but I have more for tomorrow as well!
