More June Paper Pumpkin Alternative Cards

As promised yesterday, I have four more alternative card ideas for you using the June Paper Pumpkin kit and a few other products. On the first two cards, I used the Countryside Corners dies to cut out a piece off the card base and then added one of the designs from the Countryside Inn designer series paper collection to the inside of the base so it would show through on the front. I also cut down one of the pieces from the kit using the same dies, then layered it on top of the designer series paper on the card on the right.

I used a couple die cuts of leaves I had sitting on my table along with a few flowers made with the stamp set in the kit and the add on dies.

In the above picture, the card on the right has the piece that I die cut out of one of the card bases used as a background piece. For the background in the card on the right, I cut down one of the Night of Navy card bases and embossed it with the Countryside Blossoms folder.

The last picture again shows the cards as they were designed a couple variations.

June Paper Pumpkin with Alternatives

Sometimes I enjoy sitting down to put together my Paper Pumpkin kit as the designers intended and other times, I like to create some alternative projects. This month, I put together two of each of the cards as intended (with slight variations) which you can see in the first picture below. Then, I made six more cards some of the remaining pieces of the kit along with a few other products.

I will share two of the alternative cards with you today and the other four tomorrow...

On the cards in the picture below, I used the optional add on dies called the Welcome in Dies along with the Countryside Corners dies, Countryside Blossoms Embossing folder, Sentimental Park stamp set, Twisted Rope 3D embossing folder, 1/8" ribbon combo pack, Tinsel Gems three pack and Delightfully Eclectic designer series paper.

The sentiment layer is made with the Stitched Rectangles dies and there are some Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels for accents.

Around the Bend

Since I am still working on the thank you cards for graduation gifts, you will probably be seeing quite a few thank you cards in the next few weeks. This is another one I put together using some scraps of die cuts I had from other projects.

In the background I have a piece of Coastal Cabana card stock embossed with a Basics 3D folder which is one of the online exclusive products. On top of that is a piece of Orchid Oasis card stock that was die cut using the Around the Bend dies. Next the So Saffron die cut was made with the Something Fancy dies and the sentiment layer was made with the Queen Bee dies.
There is also a layer of 2022- -2024 In Color Glimmer paper added along with some Iridescent Pearls.

Supplies:
Sentimental Park
Orchid Oasis ink
Orchid Oasis, Coastal Cabana, So Saffron, Very Vanilla card stock
2022 - 2024 In Color Glimmer paper
Queen Bee dies
Something Fancy dies

Add texture to your cards with the Basics 3D Embossing Folders. The three embossing folders in this pack have basic designs that complement any project. Choose from flowers, hobnail-glass dots, and crosshatch designs. Use a whole embossed piece of cardstock as a card background or cut small pieces to use as accents. Whether you’re just starting out with embossing or you’re already an embossing pro, you need these embossing folders!

* 3 folders
* 4-1/2" x 6-1/4" (11.4 x 15.9 cm) each
* Use with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine

It’s easy to make a great impression! Just place flat cardstock in this embossing folder, run it through a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, and out comes cardstock with a bold textured design.

There's an easy way to make your handmade cards even more amazing: use the Around the Bend Dies to cut the edge of a card front into a delightful border. Give your cards wavy, curvy borders. Combine dies to create curvy borders with peekthrough designs. This set also includes standalone dies so you can cut accent pieces: flowers, hearts, leaves. These dies are a must-have for any crafter!

* 13 dies
* Largest die: 5-5/8" x 2-1/16" (14.3 x 5.2 cm)
* Use with a Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine

Dies help you create unique die-cut shapes and paper cutouts with just a quick run through your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Detailed dies include ejection holes so you can remove the paper easily.

Celebrate You

Recently, this card became part of my Stamp A Stack rotation showcasing the Sentimental Park stamp set.

The die cuts were created with the Split Textures and Stitched So Sweetly dies. Even though the Stitched So Sweetly dies are retired, you will see that I use them quite often because so many sizes of sentiments fit on them.

There are a few Iridescent Pearls added for a little bit of accent as well.

Supplies:
Sentimental Park
Cherry Cobbler, Night of Navy ink
Cherry Cobbler, Basic White card stock
Split Textures dies
Stitched So Sweetly dies
Irridescent Pearls

January Stamp Club Projects

This month, we took advantage of some of the Sale-a-bration designer series paper collections in our projects. The Dandy Designs collection, which has 48 sheets of 12" x 12" double sided designs was used for the scrapbook layout along with the
Something Fancy dies.

The card stock colors used were Balmy Blue, Petal Pink, Coastal Cabana and Fresh Freesia.

The first card uses some items in the Mini Catalog including the Sentimental Park stamp set, Fancy Flora designer series paper and Flat Adhesive Backed Pearls. In the background, we have used the Painted 3D Texture folder on So Saffron card stock.

Lastly, we used the Dainty Flowers designer series paper from Sale-a-bration and the Something Fancy Bundle. There are a few Self-Adhesive Milky Dots used as accents.

Sentimental Park

Today, I am sharing two similar cards, both using Sentimental Park as the stamp set and Dainty Flowers (SAB 2023) as the designer series paper collection.

I have also used the Twigs and Sprigs embossing folder and die set for the leaves and Stitched So Sweetly for the sentiment layers.

On the top card, I split up the colors on the die cut and added some Linen Thread around where the colors meet.

Inside the cards, I used a portion of the designer series paper from Sale-a-bration called Dainty Flowers and that is the same collection used on the front of the cards.

The flowers all have Adhesive Backed Milky Dots in the middle of them...
