Happy Birthday!

I love finding new color combinations to use with the Cake Celebrations bundle and for this card I chose Daffodil Delight, Lemon Lolly, Lost Lagoon and Night of Navy.

The background is embossed with the Forever Plaid 3D embossing folder and the Night of Navy and Basic White layers are die cut with the retired Deckled Rectangles dies.

I added a few retired glitter embellishments as accents 

on the cake as well.

On My Mind

I love the deep, rich colors in the Regal Winter designer series paper and decided to use a few of those patterns on this card. I also used the Cute Crocket 3D embossing folder on the Blackberry Bliss layer of card stock to add some texture.

The sentiment is stamped on a die cut made with the Deckled Rectangles dies and a stamp from the Wildflower Designs stamp set.

Thanks for Everything

This is a fun thank you card that could be used for a teacher or for lots of different things to say thank you for. It uses the retired set called Everyday Thanks.

The designer series paper patterns come from the Nature's Sweetness specialty designer series paper collection and the sentiment is stamped on a die cut made with the Deckled Rectangles dies. 

The pencil is stamped with Memento Black ink and colored in with Stampin' Write markers before using a paper snips to cut it out.

I am still using the retired designer series paper collection called All About Autumn. It came in a 6" x 6" pack and while one side had nature scenes, the other had patterns with shimmery designs. 

I have two different cards to show you using those shimmery designs, both of which use the Darling Details stamp set for the sentiments.

On the first one, I also used one of the little flower stamps on some Cherry Cobbler card stock and the two layers for the sentiment are die cut with the Deckled Rectangles dies.

For the second card, I used two of the three of the patterns layered on top of each other and a retired die cut for my sentiment.

Give Thanks

I have used the Courage and Faith stamp set again for this simple card using a couple different designs from the Flowering Zinnias designer series paper collection. 

I pulled Lemon Lolly card stock into the mix from one of the patterns I chose to use and decided to use that color for my card base. 

The sentiment is stamped with Pretty Peacock ink and is on a die cut made with the Deckled Rectangles dies. There are some Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots added for more color.

Simple Zinnia

I think Zinnias are one of my favorite flowers and this new online exclusive suite from Stampin' Up! is also one of my favorites of the new items that were just released. 

I used this simple card for a couple of my classes recently using the stamp set and a small piece of the designer series paper in this suite. 

My background is Crumb Cake card stock and the image is stamped with the same color of ink. Over the top of that is a piece of the designer series paper and a die cut made with the Deckled Rectangles dies. The sentiment is also stamped with Crumb Cake ink.

You could add more color to the card by adding some of the coordinating Adhesive Backed Shiny Sequins as well.

September Stamp Club Projects

I am pretty late in posting these projects since we did them in September! The theme for the month was Christmas and the new products in the Holiday catalog. 

The first card is a fancy fold card that flips up and has flaps underneath that fold out. We used the Night Devine stamp set and O Holy Night designer series paper.

The second card showcases the Brushed Gold cards and envelopes along with the Deckled Rectangles dies, Joy to you stamp set, Snowflake Magic specialty paper and Silver and Gold adhesive backed glimmer paper.

Lastly, the layout uses the Joy of Christmas designer series paper as the focus.
